(2). People will go where they are paid MORE. I’m yet to meet anyone who has not bagged at least a 30% hike which is 3 times more than the average increments. So Money = Motivation.Â

(3). Staff Promotions is a BIG differentiator - TCS offered RECORD promotions 110,000 in Q3 hence only 15% AR.Â
