We tend to blame our parents, society, people around us, or the situations for not growing in our careers.

But…deep down, it’s us, isn’t it?

Us sinking into problems rather than being logical about them.

Us drowning in distractions rather than taking action.

Us not being aware of our desires, goals, and emotions.

What do you think?

Is it us? Or others? 👇🏽

Comfort Zone Kills Us!!
Comfort zone varies for each person. For eg: You are waking up at 7 am daily but you’re suffering to be able to wake up at 6. All of us have a routine, to break that pattern and to do something out of your routine is the real pain.

🛑Why should we step out of our comfort zone?

Stepping out of this comfort zone gives us new experiences to grow and succeed. If we lead a comfortable daily life with no challenges, we tend to feel fear and are not able to tackle when a challenge is thrown at us.

But when we are used to face challenges and problems regularly, we feel less struggle to tackle the challenge that arises suddenly.

Now, I hear you. You might be wondering what challenges you can take. To simply answer, we should create our challenges.

But for now, here are 5 Challenges You Can Take To Step Out Of Your Comfort Zone:

1. Make a list that scares you the most - It can be anything from talking to a girl or waking up at 5 am. First, choose the easy one and start finishing the challenges that you’ve listed one by one. After completing all those, I assure you that your fear and doubt will be broken into pieces.

2. Do things differently - Do the same and usual things that you gonna do daily but differently. For eg, if you are a right-handed person, for one day do everything with your left hand. Take a different route to go to your college or office. The motto here is to collapse your mind for a bit. This gives a different experience and energy to you.

3. Don’t use your phone for a day - Don’t use your phone for 24hrs. We tend to immediately use our phones effortlessly when we get bored or when we get a 5-10 min break. We go to a blank state and start thinking when we don’t have access to our mobile. This creates discomfort which is fun.

4. Talk to strangers - Don’t hesitate. Just try to have a conversation with a stranger which also creates a discomfort situation to handle with.

5. Say no - Try to politely say no to your friends if you’re not interested to go out with them which breaks the pattern of always saying yes to everyone for everything.

These surely will help you to get out of your comfort zone. I’m damn sure about it.

Try these challenges and share your experience with me🙌
To each one of you who are sharing experiences, I will reply with my story of stepping out of my comfort zones😁.

I was one step away from investing a whopping 25 lakhs for no use 🙃

Ready for a story? Let's start

After dedicating two years to a role as a software engineer, I found myself at a crossroads.

The daily grind was no longer fulfilling, and I yearned for an escape from the monotony.

That's when the idea of pursuing a Master's in Engineering entered the picture. Fueled by my desire for change, I set out on this new path.

I diligently prepared for the GRE and successfully convinced my parents to invest a substantial sum of Rs 25 lakh to pursue my higher education.

At this point I was already in 2 lakh debt + no bank would have given such hefty amount because we own not even half the worth of property for backup.

There was no way but I was still adamant to make it happen solely because I hated my job.

But here's where the story takes a turn. ⬇

As I made my decision, a crucial question emerged: Was I truly escaping the cycle I had grown tired of, or was I merely trading one treadmill for another?

The realization hit me: after completing my ME, I would likely find myself facing the same tasks I had encountered before.

If I wasn't passionate about my current work, how could I expect to find fulfillment in the tasks that lay ahead post-graduation?

This moment of clarity was a game-changer. 🔥

I dropped my so-called escaping plan and forced myself to try other things I liked.

I started a YouTube channel, and there my content creation journey began.

Found what I liked to do, and now here I am flexing that I've saved a massive amount. LOL

Asking the right questions at the right time tremendously helps, you know!

Don't believe everything you see online. Period

In this digital age, creators will climb every mountain and swim every ocean to steal your attention.

Though you knowingly fall for many attention traps to carve out your knowledge, it is also important to know that not all of their “tips & tricks“ apply to your life.

- What worked for them may not necessarily work for you.

- You don't have to quit your job, as they did.

- You don't have to start the same business as they did.

- You don't have to follow everything that they do.

- If everything they say applies to your life, great. If not, that's also great.

The idea is to share learnings and be of help to someone.
