Make no mistake – AI is real.
I just returned from Juniper Networks’ #AIinAction customer and partner event in Vegas where customers like Chick-fil-A-Franchise, NVIDIA, Amazon Web Services (AWS) re:Invent and others packed the day with insight on how they’re generating actual quantifiable business outcomes using Juniper’s (very real) AI solutions. If you were an AI skeptic before – and I can understand given all the noise out there – you aren’t after this event. From improving end-user experiences to dramatically cutting out the complexity of day-to-day network operations, #AI simplifies the world of IT. And more broadly, more than half of the 700 IT leaders we recently surveyed in a research report we just released (https://juni.pr/3mUsyMd) said they’re using AI to assist with networking challenges. Nearly everyone (97%) agreed that employee satisfaction has increased since implementing AI solutions to assist with operational tasks in their organization.
Events and customer testimonials like this only give me more conviction in my belief that AI is the future of networking.
