6 weeks into Deel and I think I need to reintroduce myself! 👀 My name is Ray and I recently pivoted deep into the HR Tech space! ❤️

Here's me covering the question I get asked most - "What is Deel"? 🌏

So here's my take if I had to intro Deel in less than 3 mins! I cover the concept of #EOR (Employment of Record) and used an airline example to illustrate the end-to-end HR workflow that Deel covers, from #Hiring, #Payroll to #Offboarding which is a strong #consolidation and #EX (employee experience) play, which is why I have a strong conviction on Deel as a company 🚀

‼️Very excited to be launching our Global HR Community series in Hong Kong!! 🇭🇰✨

Last night we just hosted our very first HR drinks across existing customers, HR thought leaders and industry friends 🥂 It was an intimate yet casual opportunity for everyone to connect, catch up and learn about opportunities to do better! 🤝💯

Invite was for 5-8pm, different groups come and go through the evening and we left the venue at 10:30pm 👀 (thanks Damian Lum 🤭). But jokes aside, we plan to run this monthly, no agenda, just a different venue and new conversations every month!

PS: 2 weeks truly makes a difference! It was all it took from ideation, to securing a venue and RSVPs! For those that do events / GTM, don’t overthink/plan, just execute and adapt accordingly. It’s very okay to start small and grow along the way too 🙌🏻
