Being the daughter of a government employee, I made peace with the fact that I can't keep up with my friends coming from a business class.

He said the HR ghosted him after he tried to negotiate his salary.

My cousin is one of the Indian medical students who are stuck in Ukraine.
Yesterday, she along with her batchmates made an attempt to cross the borders via agents.
They reached one of the borders, walked on foot for 5 km and got to know its closed.
Went back towards the another one - had to cover 25 km on foot from the border. (Borders can be crossed only on foot, no vehicles allowed)
15 km before the border- it was very crowded with approx. 50,000 people in a queue as checking was being done. It was so cold and unbearable that all of them fell sick.
They went back to the hostel in Lviv with sore feet and most of them sick.
The embassy numbers shared on the official twitter page are not working!
I have seen multiple students being evacuated - if anyone has any relevant information regarding this - do share.
We are all concerned and in a state of fear but helpless. Hope immediate measures are taken soon.

- Cried that it wasn't 90% or above (Prior baggage)
- Avoided phone calls
- Failed engineering exams
Fast forward, 10 years now:
- Don't even recall when was the last time somebody asked my %
- Regrets being harsh on myself at that time. It wasn't that bad
- My friend with 50-60% is making more money than me
Marks matter but not end of the world.
Your dreams still can come true.
There is still hope.

Everyone is talking about increasing productive hours, what about the money?
Do people who work more hours get more money? Sadly no.
People who work at fixed pays have no advantage in working crazy and unhealthy hours. Only entrepreneurs benefit from it.
I wish entrepreneurs also spoke about the lower wages in India as compared to west which is the main reason for brain drain and below average lifestyles.
Glorifying hustle culture for peanuts doesn’t make sense.
