I bid farewell to an outstanding personality in her well-deserved retirement: Astrid Kuchler-Reinhart. 👏
Since joining the Würth Group in 1990, Astrid Kuchler-Reinhart has shaped and led the Internal Audit department with dedication and commitment.
Under her leadership, the department grew from four employees to a team of almost 30 specialists. Her vision and leadership have made Group Internal Audit a respected institution within our company.
Her participation in our annual commitment conferences and her cooperation with various staff units show her integrative approach and comprehensive understanding of the company.
As a member of the Compliance Board, Astrid Kuchler-Reinhart has made a significant contribution to the integrity and success of the Würth Group.
And you only have to look at the people at her retirement get-together: She is truly synonymous with the successful training and further education of employees and managers at Würth.
We are grateful for the nearly 33 years that she has shared her expertise, passion, and values with us.
On behalf of the entire Würth Group, I would like to thank Astrid Kuchler-Reinhart for her exceptional work and wish her all the best for the future. The foundations she has laid will continue to form the basis for the success of the Würth Group.
I would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate Timo Neumann, who will follow in Astrid Kuchler-Reinhart's footsteps.
