From Hooters to Cinnabon to Athletic Greens, Kat paved her path to the executive suite through an unwavering sense of ownership and commitment to whatever company she’s working for.

Kat told me she did it all with an “owner’s mindset.” Taking initiative, feeling responsible for outcomes, and demonstrating a vested interest in overall success—not only drives personal growth and development but also fosters an environment of leadership and accountability, which can fast-track the journey up your career ladder.
