I'm 25 years old and 20+ businesses trust me with their growth. Past month, my content studio welcomed 3 new clients.
I'm in charge of managing my clients' community and revenue growth, helping them bag investment opportunities, mitigate their concerns, while making it a fun ride.
And that comes with an immense pressure of always getting it right.
It comes with risky bets, sleepless nights, hard conversations, and the pressure to always be moving, learning, and doing.
A recipe for insanity if you ask me. 😂
Here’s how I never lose my calm (while navigating chaos graefully!)
1) Making time for things that I enjoy beyond work:
Exploring the city, playing sports, spending time with my friends, having creative hobbies that don't involve my phone (this is new!), and taking long walks are a few.
2) Writing on LinkedIn:
Not only has this helped me streamline my thoughts and share my journey, but it also reminds me that I'm not alone. The community I have built by just building in public has been a blessing.
3) Practicing gratitude daily:
I never take any opportunity for granted.
I'm grateful that so many people trust me. That I get to design a life that I'm excited about. That I get to witness so many cool things happening — and be a part of them. The list goes on…
At its core: Building a business truly tests you as a person. It tests how much you believe in yourself. How much you believe in life itself. How much you can handle. How willing you are to go the extra mile. To do the work even when it gets hard.
This test shapes you as a person.
With every new deal, every new problem, every opportunity — it may get hard but you also get closer to becoming the person you were meant to be.
