Today, thousands of young people have received their GCSE results.

If you did well, congratulations.

If you are disappointed with your results, don’t lose hope.

I failed miserably in school before dropping out altogether aged 16 with dyslexia and ADHD.

I remember my first job cleaning snooker tables thinking,

ā€œIs this my future? Is this it?ā€

The year after I became a full time property investor, but didn’t have any properties.

Everybody laughed at me. I was young, broke and uneducated.

15 years later, I have done over 450 property deals and have a net worth of over £20,000,000.

Last year I bought my £3m dream home to enjoy with my wife and three beautiful children.

Formal education has its place, but is not for everybody.

You do not need good GCSE’s to be wildly successful in business and in life.
