How to land your dream job.

If success is where preparation meets opportunity, it makes sense to be ready.

Ready to submit your resume.
Ready to nail that interview.
Ready to grab that new role.
Ready to negotiate that salary.

So how do you get game ready?

Introducing RISE - the program designed specifically for professionals who are ready to take control of their careers and secure their dream roles.

During the 8 weeks, this tailored and proven program will have you game ready - so that you have a LinkedIn-optimised profile page that positions you correctly, a winning resume as well as all the skills and confidence to nail the interviews.

Let's face the reality together - the game has changed. Firstly you need to be able to navigate the hidden job market.

Then to be even considered for an interview, you need to be seen as relevant. That's where your LinkedIn page comes in.

But equally, you need a winning resume that gets you through the door to the interview round.

The interview stage is often the hardest part, so it makes sense to refine these skills and know how to articulate your value and demonstrate your experience under pressure.

When opportunities start knocking you'll be ready to snap them up.

When I was in my early twenties, my parents would tell me to save a deposit and buy a house, but I didn’t, and instead, I spent my money on clothes and travel and things I can’t even remember now.

At the time, all I could see was the financial impact it would have on my life, especially my social life.

What a mistake.

I hate to think about the massive difference that would have been made if I’d just listened.

Investing in yourself or your future can be scary because you often require time and money before you see the return.

I speak to numerous executives every week, and I can honestly say there is a key difference between those who choose to invest in themselves vs those who don’t.

The executives who invest in themselves are the ones that have the best networks, who hear first about new opportunities and never have to convince a recruiter of their worth.

After being made redundant, my client, Laura, decided to take matters into her own hands and invest in career coaching (rather than relying on a generalist outplacement program).

This enabled her to quickly assess her goals and identify the companies and roles she wanted. She was also able to ensure she was positioned correctly and was making the right impact online.

As a result, she started to attract the right roles quickly.

The reality is that those who invest in themselves get the greatest return.

As the saying goes, you are either green and growing or ripe and rotting.

In just a few short weeks my new program, RISE will begin.

RISE will equip you with the necessary tools, strategies, and insider knowledge to position yourself as a top candidate in today's competitive job market.
