A small but kaafi thoughtful gesture by Rapido!
I got home a little late last night, around 11 PM.
I had booked a cab from Rapido, and exactly 5 minutes after my ride ended, I got a call. I ignored it at first, thinking it was the driver. But then, I got another call within 2 minutes, so I picked up.
To my surprise, it was a wellness call from Rapido just to check if I had reached home safely.
I think all other ride-hailing services should have this feature to ensure passenger's safety.
