I have seen a few of these comments recently…

Bashing “young influencers”, for sharing advice. “When they are barely old enough to have any life experience” 🤦🏽‍♀️

Gary mate, I would rather see content from someone (no matter how young), sharing experiences, tips and advice.

Then listen to you constantly moan about other people's content, when the only contribution you bring to LinkedIn is commenting negativity on peoples posts.

Bore me later.

They get the concept of building a personal brand. And, whether you like it or not, they are the future.

I have said it before and I will say it again. If you haven’t got anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.

How important is resilience?

I would be lying if I said mine hadn't been tested in the last few months.

The most challenging task... getting to the gym 😅

Insomnia keeps me up most nights and then feeling like a zombie most days (pregnancies fun ayy).

But I haven't given up, even on tough days.

People have told me to “just relax“ or “enjoy being lazy during pregnancy“.

So why am I dragging myself to the gym each day?

* Once I get there, I will enjoy my workout.
* If I don't go, it will affect my mental health.
* It's good for the baby and me.
* It helps reduce some pregnancy symptoms.

Although the little devil on my shoulder keeps telling me not to, the benefits far outweigh the temporary internal battle.

Only you can push through the negative and champion the positive 😊
