Vahe (Victor) Soghomonian runs the largest independent auto auction business in the region, AVDA Auction INC.
My mom Annie Safoian was doing some graphic design for him in the late 90's. He needed to automate the car inspection process and wanted it integrated to an accounting package he had.
My dad, Hovig Safoian said βI can build that for youβ.
August of 2000, SADA was born.
I remember... the app was written in FoxPro! (You outgrew that in a matter of a few years!)
We had no references. No past performance. No credibility.
Just one Armenian immigrant giving another Armenian immigrant a chance. π¦π²
