Farmers are critical to our business. Without them, Frito-Lay and #Quaker’s iconic portfolio of products wouldn’t be possible. But our responsibility to farmers goes far beyond just creating delicious food.
 
Today’s announcement of a seven-year collaboration with Walmart to invest $120 million in support of U.S. and Canadian farmers reflects PepsiCo’s dedication. I had the chance last week to meet with several of our Nebraska farmers who made clear the importance of regenerative agriculture to sustaining their businesses. With today’s news, we are taking a major step forward in helping them grow food in a way that supports their livelihoods and benefits our planet. 
 
By empowering our farmers, we are facing the impacts of climate change head on, while also securing a more resilient and abundant supply chain for products.
