This is Japan’s manager Hajime Moriyasu bowing to the fans who travelled to Qatar to support their team.

Throughout the entire tournament, the Japanese have shown nothing but grace and respect (both on and off the pitch). And that starts from the top.

Class acts from everyone!

A special moment 🧡

Andrea Spendolini-Siriex’s father has been by her side throughout Paris 2024.

After securing bronze in last week's 10m synchro, a sixth-place finish in yesterday's final prompted Andrea to bravely open up about the mental health challenges she faced following her debut in Tokyo 2020.

At only 19 years old, her Olympic journey to date has shown extraordinary resilience and determination.

What a strong, inspirational young woman 👏
This is what football is truly about ✨

A shared love for the beautiful game that transcends the pitch.

Football isn't just a sport, it's a community.

Shoutout to Liverpool for their incredible work in giving back 👏
An Australian football team have just won the league.

Their captain went into the stands to get their waterboy, so they could celebrate together

This was Sammy’s moment. And one that he won’t forget for a long time.

More than just a game, always 💙
In just 1 minute and 41 seconds, Michael Sheen gives every Welsh person a reason to be proud of their heritage.

Tasked with spurring on the Welsh team ahead of their journey to the World Cup, this is one the greatest rallying calls I’ve ever witnessed 🤩

Wouldn’t have minded hearing this just before a big game!
Rob Burrows was diagnosed with motor neurone disease in 2019.

In the 5 years since his diagnosis, Burrows and his former teammate Kevin Seinfeld, who played over 400 rugby games together, have raised over £15m for charity.

Yesterday they were both awarded a CBE for their phenomenal work.

Teamwork is never just about what happens on the pitch. This is absolutely outstanding 👏🏽

Possibly one of the most underrated coaches ever? 👀

When Roma were teetering near the relegation zone last November, few would have bet on a turnaround.

Enter Claudio Ranieri — 73 years old, already retired once, but called back in desperation by the club he loves. What followed was nothing short of remarkable…

➡️ Went from 4 points above relegation to 5th place in Serie A
➡️ Orchestrated a 19-match unbeaten streak in the league, matching the club record set by Luciano Spalletti
➡️ Secured European football for next season

Ranieri might never dominate the headlines like others, but his ability to transform teams with dignity is what real legacy looks like.

A little reminder that calm, values-driven leadership still wins.

What a way to sign off 👏
Japanese fans at the opening World Cup match cleaned up the stands after the Qatar v Ecuador game.

This is how you represent your country and is a powerful lesson to everyone on how to be responsible.

Huge respect to the incredible people of Japan!
After Morocco’s historic win against Portugal, Sofiane Boufal celebrating with his mother is everything.

She’s celebrating the hours spent taking him to practice, cleaning football kits & preparing for tournaments … all of which were worth it for this moment right here.

This is exactly what the World Cup should be about.
Today we see a huge moment in history for men’s football.

Czech Republic and Sparta Prague midfielder Jakub Jankto has publicly come out as gay, making him the highest-profile gay player currently in the game.

Nothing but respect to not be afraid of who you are, in an industry that’s not as inclusive as it should be.

Jankto, your bravery & courage is commendable.

The biggest risk group in men’s mental health: 18-35

The main audience of UFC fighting: 18-35

Paddy Pimblett has used his global platform immediately after the fight to break through to those who are most vulnerable.

Society still tells us that men should put on a brave front and not show their emotions - I’m sure UFC fighters fall pretty high in that category.

So for Paddy to say what he said, to the audience he said it to, was powerful.

Let’s keep this conversation going. Let’s keep moving in a positive direction.

Let’s keep our friends alive.
40% of the Premier League shirt sponsors are from gambling companies.

This should never be accepted as normal.

Sponsorships advocating gambling are outdated and irresponsible. We’re sadly failing a generation of young fans by relentlessly promoting online casinos.

Millions of people are affected by gambling each year - people lose their homes, their lives and their families.

Football is worshipped and adored by millions in this country and around the world – our shirts and our stadiums should not be hijacked to promote addictive gambling products.

We have a responsibility to protect our young people from dangerous behaviours that can have such a disastrous impact on their lives.

Johnny Sexton played his last ever game for Ireland on Saturday night.

118 caps
1,108 points
Countless fans

Stepping back from any professional sport is an immense thing to do. But it’s moments like this that mean more than anything.

TV cameras picked up a touching moment between Ireland’s Sexton and his son Luca.

We need more moments like this ❤️

This young man braved minus 7-degree temperatures first thing in the morning to complete his paper rounds, earning £10 for his efforts. Already, he seems focussed on building a better future, and a friendly driver-by praised him for his work ethic.

BUT this video has divided opinion - while many are inspired, others have questioned the decision to record and share it. But let’s shift the focus... isn’t this more refreshing than the negative stories that dominate headlines? 👀

For me, this teaches invaluable lessons about working life.

Time management, meeting targets, and understanding responsibility are skills that shape character and shouldn’t be frowned upon, even if the pay seems small.

A small gesture of encouragement, whether it’s a kind word or a simple show of support, can make a big difference.

It’s all about the message it sends: “You’re doing well. Keep going.” 💪

A true touch of CLASS!! 🤍 👏

Real Madrid’s Dani Carvajal recently picked up a potentially career-ending injury, all while his contract was set to expire in 2025.

But within just 3 hours of the injury being confirmed, the club renewed his contract for two more years 🤯🤯

This is trust in action, plain and simple.

Leadership isn't just about results, it’s about how you support your people when it matters most.
