How to Become a Better Leader
• Work on your communication skills: Make sure you are able to clearly and concisely communicate your vision and goals to your team members.
• Be a positive role model: Lead by example and show your team members that you are committed to excellence.
• Be willing to listen to feedback: Don't be afraid to hear what your team members say, even if it's not what you want to hear.
• Be accountable for your actions: Own up to your mistakes and learn from them.
• Be open to change: Don't be afraid to try new things and make changes as needed.

From its humble beginnings as a tool for scientists and academics, the web has become an essential part of our lives. We use it to stay connected with friends and family, to shop, to learn, and to be entertained.

This visualization video by James Eagle shows the most popular websites since 1993. The video shows how the landscape of the web has changed over time, with new players emerging and old favorites falling by the wayside.

One of the most striking things about the video is the rise of Google. In 1998, Google was just a small startup. But by 2002, it had become the most popular website in the world. Today, Google is still the dominant force on the web, showing no signs of slowing down.

Another interesting trend is the growth of social media. In the early days of the web, social media was a niche phenomenon. But in recent years, it has become one of the most popular forms of online activity. Today, social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram are used by billions of people around the world.
