Communication skills really is one of those skills that transform every other area of your life.

For me, it helped me find love. Without great communication skills I came across as shy and awkward, and I didn't know how to communicate my value as a man.

Not only that, I struggled to find success in my career and businesses, even though I was technically good at what I did.

The best speakers understand the importance of breath control.

Don't release too much air per word, that makes you breathy. Instead learn to release air slower as you speak - this allows you to speak for longer without running out of breath!
