I still remember that day when
I received 1 mark out of 50 in Mathematics.
That teacher must be God-like because
I didn't even know for what she gave me that 1 mark.

And, still, I was playing Gali cricket with my friends.

You know my Maths level now.
But, that's not the end of the story,
Picture abhi baki hain mere dost.

I invented one formula today, and I feel like Einstein.
The formula is

My post + Your (like, or comment, or share) = Messages like this + Blessings + Pyar

Yes, together we can change the future of a lot of job seekers.

God bless, bohot vala pyar.

Jai Hind. ❤

Reference is important to get a job?

Assume getting married to a random person or
someone who is the best friend of your best friend.

Whom would you prefer?

Companies prefer to hire people coming from referrals.

Why?
There is a person in between whom both parties can trust. It's a win-win situation, both for employees and employers.

Keep networking.

I interviewed over 100 candidates in the last 4-5 months. During this period, I noticed something important that I want to share with you.

First, the hobbies section on a resume is very important. Reason? Interviewer or HR uses it to make you comfortable, to let you speak something of your interest, to relax you, to get the conversation started if the candidate is nervous.

Second, it’s best to write your actual hobbies. Otherwise, the part which is meant to be your friend can be your enemy during the interview process.
Today is your best friend's Agni Pariksha.

I mean mine.

Why?
I do have one friend. Her father just retired, and still, don't want to stay home. He wants to work.

She messaged me yesterday, “Anything you can help?“

Now is my Agnee Pariksha.

Reason?
Because his profile is a little bit different.

He can do the following type of work
- Handling cash counter of shop/office
- Attendance of students/staff
- Manage the reception of any small shop/office
- Taking of the staff of clearing department and other
- Work for 7 to 8 hours a day
- To be honest, English is not his cup of tea

Location: Ahmedabad

I'm tagging my friend in the comment. She will participate and contact you further if you have an opportunity for her father. Please do help.

Thank you very much in advance.
When I was in ISRO, in our department, there was a scientist, D.J.Bhatt.

I was not working directly under him, but whenever I could get a chance, I'd meet him. He used to talk about music, Buddha, his son in Infosys.

There is one thing that he taught me that is still helping me in my career - how to learn.

I remembered the time because I do have 10 fresher in my network, ready to learn and make their career in the software development field.

I did one post yesterday regarding a job opening at Space-O Technologies.

Here is the message I received from Aayushi Shah today.

Yes, at Space-O Technologies, we try to get talented resources on board as soon as possible. Why wait?

My story: when I came for the interview before 3 years, I got the job offer on the same day. We are still the same.

Anyway, please congratulate Aayushi Shah for her new job.

I thank you all my connections who helped and supported. You are the reason that this girl met the right opportunity.

Also, I thank our HR team( khushboo Parmar, Mohini Gupta, Nehal Jani) for taking this forward quickly.

Jai Hind. ✌
