Recruiters, if you do not know much about a role or industry, spend some time on Google and YouTube learning how to talk the talk.

Candidates, if you catch that a Recruiter may not be super knowledgeable or says something that does not sound right, please, teach them the correct way. Recruiters can learn so much from you, the candidate, about your industry or role.

If you're on a call with a Recruiter, and they have an older version of your resume, you can quickly forward them the updated version while keeping the call going!

HYPE THEM UP! GET THEM EXCITED!

Let them know why you chose to speak with them, how their experience applies to the position, and how great of their experience is.
