We often hear jokes about Excel being inferior to tools like Tableau or Power BI when it comes to dashboards. But let's pause for a second.

Hasn't Excel come a long way and is incredibly versatile? It now has even Python which can make awesome charts.

Yes, Power BI and Tableau are great for specialized tasks, but Excel's flexibility, accessibility, and the sheer power it offers in the hands of the right person shouldn't be underestimated.

I've seen some truly awesome dashboards in Excel that are just much more functional and pretty compared to other tools.
