So, here are my 5 tips that have helped me overcome my inner fears, and you can apply them as well:
1) Face your fears - Avoiding what you fear reinforces the anxiety. Gradually start facing your fears in small steps to gain more confidence.
2) Challenge negative thoughts - Irrational negative thoughts perpetuate anxiety. Identify these thoughts and challenge them with more objective, realistic perspectives.
3) Practice relaxation techniques - Methods like deep breathing, meditation, and yoga help calm the mind and body to manage fear and anxiety. Make them a regular habit.
4) Build your resilience - Resilience provides the mental strength to cope with adversity. Focus on taking care of your physical and mental health, building a support system, etc.
5) Be present - Anxiety often stems from worrying about the future. Ground yourself in the present moment through mindfulness techniques to calm the mind.
These women made it big only with their:
