Elas precisam encaixar a criatividade dentro do seu posicionamento para entrar nas conversas diárias com sua audiência.

O SEMRush tem feito isso lindamente aqui no LinkedIn.
E os números tem crescido muito.

Aliás, todo mundo que faz é admirado:
Netflix, BK, Guaraná Antártica...

E as pequenas lojas que vem fazendo aquelas montagens de vídeo pra divulgação?
Genial!

Mas parece que é só isso.
Para aí nisso.
Ninguém mais quer arriscar.

Hora de dar chance pra quem já nasceu com o celular na mão e entende da dinâmica das conversas nas redes sociais.

Temos que ver produção de conteúdo com um outro olhar.

Existem várias marcas que são “um Duolingo em potencial“ escondidas com medo por aí.

Dá sim pra ser criativo e ainda manter a sobriedade de um posicionamento.

Mas pra dar certo tem que arriscar.

For the 1st time in Pixelmatters history, we're paying €250k in bonuses. 💰

Everyone who was with us the entire 2025 will get €1,221 in their February payslip, as profit-sharing. 💵

Additionally, depending on your performance and salary, the individual performance bonus amount varies. The highest we'll pay this year is €2,555. 💶

In total for this case, €3,776 on top of the regular monthly salary.

I know these amounts aren't that significant and won't change people's lives.

But knowing that all this money wasn't given by investors nor subsidized public funds, but instead every cent was earned with our hard work and dedication, removes away any not-so-good feelings I could have about it. 😅

In the end, no matter the amount, distributing the company's profits to the ones who were essential to achieve good results, the team, is a phenomenal feeling. ⭐

It's these things that make entrepreneurship worthwhile.
