WHAT EVERY COMPANY GETS WRONG!!!

IT IS THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN WHERE QUOTAS ARE DETERMINED. THE MISTAKE THAT IS MADE IS THAT THEY ARE OVERSIGNED THINKING THAT THIS WILL INCREASE REVENUE. THE REALITY IS THAT IT DRIVES THE BEST PEOPLE TO LEAVE AND THE WORST PEOPLE TO PRETEND.
REMEMBER IF A GOAL IS NOT BELIEVED IT IS A DEMOTIVIATOR.
