Now, don't get me wrong. I know some multitalented marketers.
I know zero marketers who are equally good at all marketing skills.
I know zero marketers with more than 24 hours in a day.
I gave myself so much more grace after hearing two of my favorite marketers talk about the things they're not good at.
They're great because they play to their strengths and know when to delegate.
Knowing what you don't know could be the most valuable skill in marketing. Scratch that, the most valuable skill in business.
But only if you do something about it.
