Meet Millie 👋, a Quality Engineer in Suzhou, China from Caterpillar’s Construction Industries Segment. Millie joined Caterpillar as an administrative assistant and held over four roles in Manufacturing and Human Resources to build herself as a proficient quality system and management professional.
