Stop overcomplicating the hiring process.

Recruiters schedule multiple calls and interviews throughout the day.

While each call might be just 30 minutes for us, the applicant may have been preparing and looking forward to this for weeks/months.

During the hiring process, we should remember to have empathy for the person we're speaking with.

- Respect the applicant's time. 
- Inform candidates early if they're not the right fit. 
- Communicate openly and honestly, even if the feedback isn't always positive.

Treat candidates as you would want to be treated.
