I'm very disappointed to see that entry-level jobs pay almost nothing to new graduates while requiring a significant amount of work experience.

Stop looking for work experience if the position is entry level.

Stop looking for experience all the time.

If they have 2-3 years of work experience, they are no longer considered entry-level professionals.

Simply give someone a chance and adequate training.

Dear Companies, If you are looking for a good employee and great talent then get ready to pay well.

Reflecting on my own journey, here are some mistakes I made during content creation:

1. Lack of Consistency: I struggled with maintaining a regular posting schedule, which affected my audience engagement.

2. Ignoring Audience Feedback: I sometimes overlooked valuable feedback from my audience, missing opportunities to improve my content.

3. Not Diversifying Content Formats: I focused too much on written posts and didn’t explore other engaging formats like videos, infographics, or podcasts.

4. Neglecting SEO: I didn’t pay enough attention to optimizing my content for search engines, resulting in lower visibility and reach.

5. Underestimating Visual Appeal: I didn’t prioritize the visual elements of my content, such as graphics and images, which are crucial for capturing attention.

6. Overlooking Networking Opportunities: I didn’t actively engage with other content creators or collaborate with them, missing out on valuable networking opportunities.

7. Failing to Repurpose Content: I didn’t leverage the potential of repurposing my content across different platforms, limiting its reach and impact.

These mistakes have taught me valuable lessons and have motivated me to continually improve my content creation strategies.

How often do we go out to have a chat with our seniors?

Many of us solely believe in online learning to advance in our careers.

Undoubtedly it is a valuable tool, but it can’t replace the knowledge and experience of our seniors.

Spending time speaking with your seniors can unlock invaluable insights and perspectives that you can't find online.

They can provide you with insights into the industry that only come from years of experience.

Sometimes, we tend to forget that some people were in the exact same shoes, as we are right now, and that taking some advice from them can prove really helpful.

It's very easy to forget about this aspect of learning due to the hustle and bustle of work, but taking the time to connect with your seniors can help you avoid mistakes and fast-track your career.

Don't miss out on any opportunity to learn, especially from those who came before you.

So why not arrange a virtual meeting or coffee date with a top colleague today?

You might be pleasantly astonished by the depth of information they can provide.

Keep in mind that not everything can be located on Google!

You know what baffles me?

How we're glued to social media, comparing our lives to others' highlight reels.

It's like a never-ending loop of feeling inadequate and lonely.

But guess what? Real life isn't a scroll! 🌿

Let's take a step back and breathe.

Those picture-perfect moments we see online?

They're just that—moments. We all have our struggles, our messy bits that don't make it to the gram.

And that's okay! 🌈

Instead of chasing someone else's version of happiness, let's create our own.

Find joy in simple things, in real connections, in being authentically you.

Because happiness isn't about filters or likes; it's about embracing our beautifully imperfect lives. 🩷

I made a pretty big shift in my journey…

Yes, I recently shifted to Pune! 🎉
And let me tell you, it’s been one heck of a ride so far!

At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Moving here for my Master’s in Performing Arts was such a leap, especially since it’s so different from what I’ve been doing professionally on LinkedIn. I mean, LinkedIn content creation vs. performing arts? Quite the contrast, right? But hey, that’s life – full of unexpected twists and turns!

Now, here’s the thing… when I first got here, I felt completely out of place. 😶

Imagine waking up in a new city, with no idea how to fill your day. My routine was all over the place, and I kept wondering, “Did I make the right choice? Was this move worth it?” Ever felt like that?

But then something clicked. I realized that the only way to make this transition work was through patience, planning, and just rolling with the punches. It took me some time, but slowly, I began to find my rhythm.

Here’s what changed:

🌟 I started attending my university classes and my riyaz sessions.

🌟 I took up freelance modeling gigs – yep, twirling in front of the camera makes me so happy! 💃 wanna see that? (Check out my Instagram page 🤭)

🌟 I explored Pune’s amazing cafes, mixing work and a good cup of coffee ☕.

🌟 I hit the gym, started cooking my own meals, and let’s not forget – I live with two amazing friends who’ve made this journey even more fun.

From feeling lost to having no time to catch my breath – it’s been quite the transformation.

But honestly? I wouldn’t have it any other way. Sure, my schedule’s a bit hectic now, and I’m still figuring out the perfect balance, but I’m loving every second of it.

If you’re wondering why I’ve been a bit MIA from LinkedIn, now you know!

But don’t worry – I’m back, and I can’t wait to share more with you all about this journey.

There’s so much more to come, so stay tuned!

Ps:
If any of you are in Pune, hit me up!
Let’s explore some cute cafes, get productive, and chill together. Maybe you can even show me some hidden gems around the city!

How I deal with Stress...

It is not even a formality anymore to mention what it is,
how it sends you in spirals of unconscious self-harm,

destroys everyday functioning and purports trickle down effect to an ultimate dead-end.

We are well aware of the general ways and have heard many tactics from all over the places;

But now majority of the posts are directed towards telling ways on how to actually bring them into action.

☘️ Focus and Assertion: Find 'your spot' and 'your state'. Situations will be above par ridiculous, the way out is from within.

☘️ Positive Priorities: This might sound laid back but it is essential to remember the flexibility in rigidness.

☘️ Breathe, Cartwheel: You know what it is. Find your resting posture. And do it.

☘️ Snowball the Placebo Effect

These are not just pointers to remember but need to be followed with the rule of thumb, this instanct.

One takeaway of all such how-to-or-not-to posts, is: reading understanding remembering applying doing, instantly.

The tips will be trial and error. But the solution is there, trust me.

And here is the difference. I follow the suit of 'my tactics' and feel much improved.

Revert, honestly, if you actually follow or atleast think to OR do you just skim, thinking of it as yet another ted talk.
