As I reflect on McDonald's 2022 Worldwide Convention, I'm in awe of the collective strength of our brand and the thousands of people who work tirelessly to bring it to life. This Convention was as much about collaborating, strategizing and learning as it was reuniting with friends, new and old. I'm energized about the future of the brand and am excited to help lead the way. #WWC22

The Ray Kroc Award winners are a special group... These Restaurant Managers not only know how to achieve strong business results, but they do it the right way, leading by example in character and behavior.

We're also honoring an incredible group of McDonald's franchisees with the Fred L. Turner Golden Arch Award. These are leaders who put their customers and people first, lead with integrity, promote inclusion in their community, and champion the McDonald’s system.

It’s normal to feel imposter syndrome throughout your #career. The important thing is to remember the hard work you’ve put in to get where you are, and that you’ve been placed in your role because you’re capable.
