I was a very self-obsessed person.

I used to constantly think about what others were thinking about me.

I used to take myself so seriously that it affected me a lot.

I used to avoid doing things I love because of the constant thought of what others would think.

I used to avoid challenging myself because I feared embarrassing myself in front of everyone.

Until I realised that nobody was thinking about me.

Nobody cared how I looked, what I wore, what I did, how I laughed, how I danced. Absolutely nobody.

Nobody cared if I did dumb things or if I did something fearless. Absolutely nobody.

Nobody cared if I participated in any competition or if I did not. Absolutely nobody.

Nobody cared if I participated in any competition or if I did not. Absolutely nobody.

Nobody cared if I failed or made mistakes. Absolutely nobody.

Because everyone is just thinking about them.

In a group picture, everyone first looks at their own picture.

I am soo happy I realised that if you are thinking about what others are thinking about you then it's an absolute waste of time.

Rather do things that you love without the fear of being judged.

You'll thank yourself.

Trust me.

I was exploring a few remote cities in Gujarat last week and I wanted to share something special with you all.

As humans, we give too much importance to rich people.

Before meeting someone if you know that the person you are meeting next is filthy rich then automatically your body language and respect towards them change.

This is before meeting that person.

After you meet them your respect for them either increases or decreases.

Why? Because, at the end of the day, money is secondary, but how is the nature and attitude of that person become a primary factor. Correct?

I met 4 kinds of individuals:
> One who is rich but super arrogant and egoistic.
> Second who is rich but extremely humble and loving. 
> Third who is poor but extremely humble and loving.
> Fourth who is poor and arrogant and egoistic.

Of course, the second and third person will always have my respect.

That's what I wanted to share today.

It doesn't matter what 
> Looks you have.
> Degree you hold. 
> Financial Status you possess. 
Or Generational Wealth you inherited.

What matters is:
> How you treat others.
> How kind are you.
> How humble you are.
& How you appreciate others.

People remember YOU and YOUR behavior.

Once you are gone, what do you want people to remember you for?

STOP PUTTING OTHERS DOWN IF YOU CAN'T SUPPORT THEM.

Appreciate the efforts.

Be nice.

&

Be kind.

An important message to my younger self:


I used to constantly think that

Happiness will be in the next destination

From school to college...

From college to work...

From one job position to another...

From one gadget to another...

From one location to another...

I never tried to enjoy the journey

Now when I look back,

I don't have enough memories

Of the happy moments

Instead, I have memories of how

Stressed I was to jump to another destination

But you have to learn from your mistakes

And not repeat them.

Now, I constantly remind myself to be happy

And make the most of this moment

And be grateful for living this moment.

And I recommend you do the same.

↳ Only your skills and actions give you growth.
