If you're working more hours to grow,

You're doing it wrong.

When scaling a business you can't afford to waste time.

Here are 7 habits that turn your team into a powerhouse:

1. Communicate more than you think you need.
↳ Keep you team focused on collective goals and missions.

2. Turn workflows into processes.
↳ If you do something more than twice, document it.

3. Instil Friday reviews.
↳ Spend 20 minutes reviewing where your time went that week.

4. Delegation changes everything.
↳ Embrace a "let go to grow" mindset.

5. Say no more than yes.
↳ Every β€œyes” costs you something. Choose wisely.

6. Know exactly what your job is and isn't.
↳ Stop doing work someone else can (and should) handle.

7. Simplify everything. Then simplify it more.
↳ If a process takes 10 steps, find a way to do it in 5.

The best teams win by building systems, not by working more hours.

Which one of these habits will you try this week?

You don't need another 5-year plan.

You need to ask: What do I want?

You've been told to aim high.
β†’ More money.
β†’ Bigger house.
β†’ Next promotion.

But have you ever asked yourself why?

People often chase outcomes that were never theirs to begin with.

They inherit them from parents.
Friends.
Instagram feeds.

Keep going down that road and you'll wake up one day asking,
"Whose life am I even living?"

David Perell, a brilliant writer, has a great exercise.
Instead of focusing on the typical goals,
ask yourself:

What are the questions that are important to me in the world right now?

I ended up with 12 questions.Β
2 years later, I'm blown away with how much I've grown.

Some of the questions I asked myself:
- What is my place in the world when I'm not a hero?
- How do I create more space for wonder on a daily basis?
- How do I create continuous serendipity in my life?

You don't have to have 12.
You just need to define what's important to you.

You're not throwing away ambition.
You're making sure it's yours.

What question do you need to ask yourself right now?

♻️ If this hits home, share it with your network.

How to Delegate like a CEO

(Not a Control Freak)

If you're the only one who can "do it right,"
You're not a high performer.
You're a bottleneck.

Here's how real leaders delegate:

1. Define what success looks like before handing it off.
↳ Don't delegate tasks. Delegate outcomes.

2. Give people the "why," not just the "what."
↳ Context builds better decisions when you're not in the room.

3. Stop editing everyone's work.
↳ If you're constantly rewriting, you're blocking trust and scale.

4. Say what you want, then step back.
↳ Hovering kills confidence. Clarity + space builds leaders.

5. Create feedback loops, not bottlenecks.
↳ Make it easy for people to check in without needing constant approval.

6. Document the process once, delegate it forever.
↳ If you've done it more than twice, write it down and let it go.

7. Treat delegation as leadership development.
↳ Every task you give away is a chance to grow someone on your team.

You don't scale by doing more.
You scale by letting go.

Which one of these is your weak spot?
