4 years ago, I sat next to a gentleman on a flight from New York to Florida 🌴

What started as a simple conversation turned into a friendship I never expected but am incredibly grateful for.

Tomorrow, I have the honor of celebrating his 99th birthday with him and his family at Mr. Big Fish in Naples.

At 99 years old, he continues to inspire everyone around him with his stories, wisdom, and humor..

He is also a proud World War II veteran, part of a generation that helped shape the world we live in today.❤️

Not every deal is your deal

I went through a “Yes Girl” Era.

Early in my career, ( I mean last week 😂🤣)
I thought saying yes to everyone and everything
meant I was it. 😬

Every loan? You got it.
Every client? Of course.
10 p.m. calls? You bet ya.

Turns out, that protecting your sanity doesn’t make you less successful ….. it just makes you sustainable… and since I ain’t going nowhere 🙃😊…..

And that’s when I learned one of the most important lessons of all:
💡 Not every deal is your deal!!

Saying no means saying yes to something more aligned. ✨

There’s real power in being selective with your YES.
Because boundaries? That’s just good business. 😉
