Create mockups that hit different…

With Midjourney & Illustrator

Firefly has delivered with its Illustrator tool (Beta) called Mockup.

It uses AI to scan images and find borders, edges, and bumps/waves. Then you can drag your vectors over the object and get really good product mockups.

You use Midjourney to create some “unique” product mockups (boxes, bags, hats, shirts, etc) and get REALLY creative. The possibilities are endless for the future of merch/product mockups.

I’ll do a full walkthrough tomorrow, but it’s so simple here’s the workflow:

1. Generate a Midjourney image
2. Drag it into Illustrator Beta
3. Drag your vector ontop of your image in Illustrator
4. Select both
5. Find Object > Mockup
6. Let the AI do it’s work, then drag/resize your vector to where you want it
7. That’s it
