People don’t respond to me on stack overflow, discord, or any other community forum - 😟

If you are suffering from a “not being helped” problem a root cause might be - Your Approach!

Instead of saying- “I am getting this error X, can someone help?”

Say “I’m stuck here despite trying x, y, and z. Any tips for further troubleshooting?” 🔎

This shows you’ve done your due diligence and you are looking for a direction and not spoonfeeding!


It’s great to get all the help you can- but remember it’s a backup, not a shortcut! 💡

In 2003, I made 6000 INR / Month!

At that time I thought - a 50K / Month income will make me satisfied!

In 2005, I achieved that target, but did that make me feel content?

No!

Fast forward to 2018, I made 20 Lakh INR a month!

300x growth in 15 years. Impressive! But did that make me satisfied?

Once again - No! 🙄

2023, now I make 8 Lakh INR a month!

Less than half my income compared to 3 years ago.

Am I satisfied now?

A big YES ✅

Sooner or later we all will realize that the freedom to do what you want to do, having enough time for your family and health, and a life filled with a mission will matter much more than some monetary number value!

Based on these 15 years of experience, If I have to teach my old self (in the pic, during college days) in one sentence then that would be,

Chasing Purpose (or IKIGAI) > Chasing Money
