Top Corporate lessons companies should learn from ISRO.

There are several valuable corporate lessons that can be learned from the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). Here are a few:

1. Resilience and perseverance: After slightly failing in Chandrayana 2, ISRO was in huge pressure still ISRO has shown remarkable resilience in the face of failures. They have faced setbacks but have always bounced back with renewed determination. This teaches us the importance of never giving up, even in the face of adversity.

2. Teamwork and collaboration: ISRO's success can be attributed to the strong teamwork and collaboration within its organization. They have a multidisciplinary approach, involving scientists, engineers, technicians, and other experts, all working together towards a common goal. This emphasizes the significance of fostering a collaborative work culture.

3. Cost-effectiveness: ISRO has achieved remarkable success with a relatively limited budget compared to other space agencies around the world. They have focused on cost-effective solutions and innovative approaches to achieve their goals. This teaches us the importance of resourcefulness and finding creative ways to achieve objectives within budget constraints.

4. Attention to detail: ISRO pays great attention to detail in its planning and execution. They meticulously analyze every aspect of a mission, leaving no room for error. This teaches us the importance of thorough planning and meticulous execution to ensure success.

5. Innovation and indigenous development: ISRO has placed a strong emphasis on indigenous development and innovation. They have developed their own technology and equipment, reducing dependence on external sources. This teaches us the significance of investing in research and development, fostering innovation, and building capabilities in-house.

Overall, ISRO's success is a testament to their commitment, resilience, collaboration, attention to detail, and innovation. These lessons can be applied in the corporate world to drive success and growth.

This #proud boy is a watchman at a local ATM,

When i went to withdraw some money, i saw him studying, i asked him what are you studying and what do you do,

He wants a good life, that is why he is working hard day and night.

Aishwarya Rai promotes a soap, people buy it !

Shilpa Shetty promotes a breakfast cereal people buy it !☺

Hrithik Roshan promotes a Deo and people want it !🙂

Apple releases a new phone and people stand in line for it !🤔

Deepika Padukone weight loss programs, folks jump on board !
🤷‍♂️

Some Justin Bieber has a concert, people spend thousands on a ticket ! 🤦‍♂️

But..

If a person we know starts a new business/service, people are worried of buying it!

“Got to research it !“ and say Products/Services are “Too expensive !“ “Judge you“, “Doubt your capability without even trying“,“Confused and Unsure“!

Why are we so quick to support someone we don't know, who has plenty of money already, but we have a million reasons not to support someone we know living a regular lifestyle like us ?

So next time you see a friend posting about their business, at least give them a quick like, share or a comment, even if you don't need to buy the product or service. Encourage them, their efforts, their dreams. Be part of their journey.

Promote small businesses of people you know first!! Thats ACTUAL Support Vocal for Local 😊

Remember This on going Situation has hit lots of small business.

So let's support each other to keep going !

Emotional Attachment often leads to disappointments.

There are several reasons why it is not advisable to become too emotionally attached to a company:

Job security: Companies can undergo changes such as downsizing, restructuring, or even going out of business. If you are too emotionally attached to the company, it can be devastating to lose your job or see the company change in a way that you don't like.

Objectivity: Emotionally attached individuals may have difficulty making objective decisions about the company's operations and performance. They may overlook or justify negative aspects of the company's performance, which can lead to poor decision-making.

Career development: Being too emotionally attached to a company can limit your career opportunities. You may be hesitant to leave the company even if a better opportunity presents itself, which can prevent you from advancing in your career.

Work-life balance: If you are too emotionally attached to your job or company, you may struggle to maintain a healthy work-life balance. You may feel guilty or obligated to work long hours or take on additional responsibilities, which can lead to burnout and other negative consequences.

Overall, while it's important to be invested in your job and the company you work for, it's also important to maintain a certain level of detachment in order to make rational decisions and prioritize your own well-being.

When I started using pen in my primary school, and I made a mistake, I would try hard to erase it before submitting to my teacher.

Sometimes, I use chalk to clean my mistake but it later re-appeared.
So I began to use saliva, it worked, but only to leave holes in my books.
My teachers then used to beat me for being outrageously dirty. But all I tried to do was to cover my error.

One day, a kind hearted teacher who loved me so much called me aside and he said, Anytime you make a mistake, just cross it and move on“ .
He said further “ Trying to erase your mistakes would only damage your book.
I told him in protest that I don't want people to see my mistake.
My loving teacher laughed and said “ Trying to erase your mistake will make more people know about your mess and the stigma is for life“.

Have you made some mistakes in life? Cross it over and move on.
Don't expose yourself as a result of trying to cover your mistakes.

Better things are ahead of you.
Strike out your 2019 mistakes and move into 2020 with a fresh note.

During a brutal study at Harvard in the 1950s, Dr. Curt Richter placed rats in a pool of water to test how long they could tread water. On average they'd give up and sink after 15 minutes.

But right before they gave up due to exhaustion, the researchers would pluck them out, dry them off, let them rest for a few minutes - and put them back in for a second round.

In this second try - how long do you think they lasted?

Remember - they had just swam until failure only a few short minutes ago...

How long do you think?

Another 15 minutes?

10 minutes?

5 minutes?

No!

60 hours!

That's not an error.

That's right! 60 hours of swimming.

The conclusion drawn was that since the rats BELIEVED that they would eventually be rescued, they could push their bodies way past what they previously thought impossible.

I will leave you with this thought:

If hope can cause exhausted rats to swim for that long, what could a belief in yourself and your abilities, do for you?

HOPE is the Miracle..!!

My connection who is a Recruiter and working for Many Well known MNCs to close their requirements, has asked me his concern, “Sir, Now a days I am facing challenges while closing positions. People attend interviews round, get shortlisted, got finally selected and even Accept Job offer but suddenly got disappear on the day of joining the company. Due to this my whole efforts and time go waste. Don't know why candidate behave in such manner and fail to fullfil their commitments“

Many of you also facing same issue, CANDIDATE DO NOT JOIN EVEN AFTER SIGNING ACCEPTANCE LETTER OF JOB.

I think, apart from Candidate commitment, HIRING PROCESS is also a major factor which impact the candidate's commitment to join that organization or not.

ALWAYS REMEMBER That Interview is a two way process, You finalize a Candidate does not Guarantee you that Candidates also chosen to Make career with you.
Employee and Employers both Evaluates each other.

Your organization is completely new to candidate, He/she will judge it by how you treat them in Hiring Process.

Treat your all candidates well, communicate clearly with them on each aspects be it, JD, Salary, Position, Roles and Career growth.

Yesterday even Narendra Modi supported this :

“Mera Juta Hai Japani,
Yeh Patloon Englishtani,

Sar Pe lal Topi Russi,
Phir Bhi dil hai Hindustani.”

This is the fundamental reason why India is a poor country inspite of all the Wealth.

America see India as Customer
,
China see India as Customer,

Everybody sees opportunity of earning immense wealth from Indian.

Yet Indian Products are struggling to find Customers.

If we do not buy Indian products & celebrate our Indian diversity we can’t be developed country.

Let us make a new song,

Sar pe lal pagdi Punjabi,

Kyo ki Dil hai Hindustani”

The end of an era. RIP #Heeraben 🙏

PM Narendra Modi, has always had a close bond with his mother, Heera Ben. In fact, Modi has often spoken about the influence his mother has had on his life and how she has shaped his character and values.

Modi was born in 1950 in the small village of Vadnagar in Gujarat, India. His father, Damodardas Mulchand Modi, was a street merchant, and his mother, Heera Ben, was a homemaker. Despite their humble beginnings, Modi's parents instilled in him a strong work ethic and a commitment to education.

Modi has often spoken about the sacrifices his mother made for her family. In a speech given at the National Museum in New Delhi in 2014, Modi said, “My mother used to do laundry for others to earn a living. She would wash clothes early in the morning and do all the household chores before sending me and my siblings to school.“

Despite facing financial challenges, Heera Ben made sure that her children received a good education. Modi has credited his mother's determination and hard work as being a major influence on his own success.

Modi's mother has also played a significant role in his personal life. In an interview with the Times of India, Modi said, “My mother has always been my source of inspiration. She is the one who taught me to always think about the well-being of others and to work hard to achieve my goals.“

In addition to being a source of inspiration and guidance, Modi has described his mother as a source of strength and comfort. He has said that he often turns to her for advice and support, particularly during times of difficulty.

Modi's affection for his mother is evident in the way he speaks about her and in the way he has included her in his public life. He has frequently mentioned her in his speeches and has even brought her with him on official visits.

The bond between Narendra Modi and his mother, Heera Ben, is clearly a close and special one.

Modi has credited his mother with being a major influence on his life and has described her as a source of inspiration, guidance, and strength.

Good education is a luxury - which middle class can not afford

Someone has posted this pic on X and shared, “My daughter will start Grade 1 next year, and this is the fee structure of one of the schools we are considering in our city. Note that other good schools also have similar fees.”

- Registration Charges: ₹2,000
- Admission Fees: ₹40,000
- Caution Money (Refundable): ₹5,000
- Annual School Fees: ₹2,52,000
- Bus Charges: ₹1,08,000
- Books & Uniform: ₹20,000

Total: ₹4,27,000 per year!

This is the price of quality education in India.

Can you afford it even if you earn 20 lakh a year? - NO!!!

Why?

Because 50% of your $20k income is taken away by the government in form of Income Tax, GST, VAT on petrol, Road tax, Toll Tax, Professional tax, Capital Gain, Land Registry charges and so on.

Then you still have to pay for term insurance, health insurance premiums, and PF, NPS for a old age pension.

At 20L income you fall in the highest 30% + CESS tax bracket, do not qualify for government schemes, and do not receive any freebies like poors or any loan waivers like rich.

In the remaining ₹10L, Either you can have food, clothes, pay rent or EMIs, and save something or you can pay school fees for your two kids ... decide!!

Which one would you choose?
