Dear Hiring Manager

When you REJECT a Candidate don't hurt their chances of getting another JOB

1⃣ Tell the RECRUITER all the strong points you saw in the candidate
2⃣ Don't leave candidates hanging. Get back to them quickly
3️⃣ Give them constructive feedback so they can improve to land the job they want
4⃣ If you know of another company looking for such a candidate, why not help both sides

Job searching can be emotionally and mentally draining. Put yourself in the candidates shoes. We all at one point were jobseekers and it doesn't take much for anyone of us to be a jobseeker again. A little empathy and respect goes a long way. Let's make the recruiting process more humane

🟡 Why Employers Should Say How Much They Pay in Job Ads

Hey Employers, let's talk about something important: telling people how much you'll pay them when you're hiring

🟠 Here's why it's a good idea:

1⃣ Respect Time:

- Job hunters are busy
- Saying the pay upfront shows you respect their time

2⃣ Better Experience:

Being clear about pay makes the hiring process easier and nicer for everyone

3️⃣ Save Time:

You'll save time by attracting people who are okay with the pay from the start

4⃣ Get Good People:

Being honest attracts good workers who like knowing what they're getting into

5⃣ Keep Workers Longer:

If you're honest about pay, it helps avoid problems later, like people quitting because they expected more

🔴 So, let's keep it simple and fair:

Say how much you're paying in job ads

It's good for everyone!

Dear Hiring Managers,

Please don't invite job seekers for interviews if you have already planned to give the jobs to your relatives, friends, or existing employees.

Some people borrow bus fares and clothes just to attend these interviews.

Don't call them if you will not give them a FAIR CHANCE

Regards
An Active Jobseeker

Dear companies

Please stop allowing candidates to go through 5 rounds of job interviews only to get rejected

Sincerely
Every Candidate

If a candidate spends time interviewing for your company, as a recruiter you should show the courtesy of giving honest feedback about why they weren't selected

Stop acting like GOD's of recruitment industry, be humble and pick that call to give a reply

Don't Invite People to Interviews If You've Already Chosen Someone 🙏

Interviewing candidates when you've already decided who to hire is unfair and wastes time

Why It's a Problem

• Wastes Time: Candidates spend hours preparing for no reason
• False Hope: It's misleading and can hurt their trust
• Bad Reputation: It reflects poorly on your organization

How to Avoid This

- Make a Clear Decision First: Don't call for interviews if the position is already filled
- Be Honest Inform candidates if the role is closed before the interview
- Respect Their Effort: Value the time and energy candidates put into preparing

With the new days comes new strength and new thoughts

Never be afraid to drink deeply from the cup of life

But remember,

Sometimes it is wise to sip slowly

--- 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘁

🟡 Choose Carefully: What You Drink Matters

When you're really thirsty, any cup of water might seem tempting.

But don't rush. It's important to be careful about what you think.

🔵 Here's a simple rule:

Don't just rush grab any cup.

Think first
- Is it clean?
- Is it safe?

🟠 It's the same with life.

Sometimes, we're so eager for something

Like Success Or happiness that we take whatever comes our way.

But not everything is good for us.

⚪ So, be picky.

Think before you drink or accept anything in life.

- Is it good for you?
- Is it what you really need?

🟢 Choose wisely

Your health and happiness depend on it
