I request all the Recruiters/Hiring Managers to consider the job seeker's mental and financial status before calling them all over to your offices just to ask for their CV's or for money for getting the job. Especially if the job seeker stays far away.
We have so many ways (Phone, Zoom, Skype, etc.) to conduct an initial interview to assess if the candidate is fit for the role or not.
Believe me, this practice definitely will save a lot of unnecessary efforts for both the parties.
