A few years ago, I started noticing something strange happening on LinkedIn.
I was watching people grow big followings.
10k. 30k. 60k.
And quietly⊠they couldnât monetise any of it.
(I know this because I networked a lot and they would openly tell me...)
Meanwhile, my own audience was smaller at the time, but LinkedIn was already my #1 sales channel
(and has since helped drive $500k+ in cash and 75k followers).
The difference wasnât effort.
Or consistency.
Or âalgorithmsâ.
(Please NEVER allow yourself to feel you're a victim to any algorithm)
You're incredible at what you do, people just need to see your uniqueness.
But unfortunately, most people focus on:
â What everyone else is posting
â Whatâs getting likes
â What feels âsafeâ and familiar
So they copy.
They create fluffy content people enjoyâŠ
âŠand never buy from.
Because liking â demand.
The people who monetise arenât following paths.
Theyâre creating them.
That's what I love about the LinkedIn Leopard method I curated last year.
It's impossible to apply if you're not willing to be different.
And the exciting part is when you pioneer something new, you stop competing altogether.
When you create the path, people follow and buy.
Itâs Economics.
Supply & demand.
Create whatâs missing.
Build in a new ocean đ
If you're an expert and you are ready to grow faster than ever on Linkedin in 2026, and want to see how this actually looks in practice:
Iâve shared my top LinkedIn posts of 2025, why they worked, and the exact strategy behind gaining 40k followers without following a single "trend".
Itâs inside my newsletter + Telegram.
