How to make your branding unstoppable?

A few months back, I saw this video and realized that somewhere we all are fighting alone, and feel lonely all the time. Life is tough for everyone and somewhere between family, and career, we still feel lost. We need someone to see us, talk to us, and listen to us.

So I started reaching out to random people to ask about their life, relation or career and it made a big difference for them. When we reach out to these people, and try to solve their problems, we make the biggest presentation of our work. There is no presentation that is more powerful than solving problems.

Nothing is more powerful than kindness and helping people.

So because of this kindness, people started reacting to my post and tagging me in their posts like you tag a family member. Suddenly everything changed in my business.

In marketing, nothing is more powerful than kindness, and when people become your brand ambassador, your brand actually becomes unstoppable.

👉Conclusion: Don't build a business, build a culture, it will last long.

How do be grateful in marketing?

I read the book “The Secret“ a long time back and decided to try the lesson of gratitude in my life. Soon, the laws of attraction started happening in my own life. I started attracting all the good things in my life.

A few days back this video hit me hard. Even the animals have gratitude and they show it when needs arise.

Being grateful is not a belief system anymore, it's a reality that people who stay grateful in business get the better result.

So the question is how to be grateful in marketing.

Here are three affirmations that you should repeat every day:

1. I am so happy and grateful now that I always get positive and good responses in marketing.
2. I feel grateful that I am getting better & better in marketing.
3. I am thankful for the people who believe in me and follow my content.

Every day when you get up in the morning just repeat these affirmations.

With affirmations, you have to believe in yourself and you have to give your best.

👉Conclusion: Be grateful for what you have achieved and believe in your abilities.

Many times people judged me based on my profile photo, presence, or content while some were happy and others were not.

Sometimes we all do so and there is no harm in doing it. But, we should not form our final opinion based on what we see.

Because we all have different journeys, pain points, needs, and values.

Some of us are working for fun, while some of us have to feed the family, and some are working to pay the rent and kid's school fee. While others are building their brands.

Some of us are sitting in countries where we have all the amenities, while others don't have even regular electric supply. Some of us have high speed internet while others lack in basic infrastructure.

Some have caring partner around, while others are fighting alone with loneliness, emotional issues and burn out.

If our story are different, our work is different, then our result also will be different.

So please stop comparing your social media growth with others, it not only puts low self-esteem but also drains all your energy.

👉Conclusion: Don't compare yourself with others, sometime marketing takes time.

How to build a loving community?

Sometimes we judge people without any reason and we form our opinion about them. But, truly no two people are the same. No two partners or colleagues or friends are similar in their traits, and their skills.

The cute puppy and chicks are not similar but they are best friends. Because they don't judge each other, they are happy that they are together. That's the true definition of a loving community.

Today I wrote an article on medium (dot) com and in just a couple of hours it went viral and I gained 100 followers in a day. Imagine writing an article on Medium and reaching 100 followers immediately.

This is the power of a loving community. But the question is how to build such a great community.

Some of you might say that Jaideep it's easy for you as people love you and care for you so much.

Yes, that's true. I am blessed to get such great support everywhere. But, I also care for people, I always try to share my happiness, knowledge, and care with everyone. I never judge people basis of anything.

Our job is to just stop judging people and when we stop, we actually come closer. People love to see kind people and when many kind people come closer you form a loving community.

Just try this idea on LinkedIn, and you will be amazed by the people who are going to support you on LinkedIn.

The best marketing formula for LinkedIn is to build your own tribe.

👉Conclusion: Build your community first and then execute all your marketing targets.

What do you need to prepare the best marketing content?

Can you imagine they took 7769 attempts to make just one video? Friends, it's not about one video, it's about content and more importantly, it's about commitment.

Content is the heart of marketing, no photographs, video, or story will work until people see your commitment to your work.

Every day I read posts, and articles for hours to show my deep commitment to my content. Sometimes I sit for hours to go through my content over again to see through the details.

I have team members who can write content for me, but still I have never delegated the content creation. I can easily hire the freelancers or content writers, but still I write my own content.

It's not what you write in your content but how you write your content, for whom you write your content, and why you write your content. Read the last sentence again.

When you have a commitment to the content, people will notice your content.

👉Conclusion: Instead of seeing what can make you viral, see how you can make the best content.

Do you know what makes people buy on LinkedIn?

It's trust. Let me tell you why.

I have two types of clients one are very senior and highly educated and the other who have just started their journey.

Clients with high knowledge and intellect continuously talk about their why and have an easygoing attitude on LinkedIn, anyone can approach them freely.

It's helping them build the trust faster and deeper.

While the clients don't focus on why, need more interaction to reach the same audience.

Before buying from you, people want to know how much they can trust you. So tell them, how much they can trust you.

👉Conclusion: Bring a smile to someone's face today.

The most common marketing mistake?

A month back, I was working with a senior entrepreneur and we were having a very high-level meeting to identify the business problem.

They were unable to identify the business problem, even after a strong team. So, they called me in. I asked the first question, do you know your customer?

He said we know our customers well just because we have been working in the market for a long time.

Later, I studied their whole business with my research assistant and found the problem.

The problem is the same which I have found with many other businesses and clients.

After researching multiple businesses & industries for quite a long time, I get to know the problem at the beginning itself.

My client and his team think that just because they have been working in the market for a long time so they knew the customer, but they have only the illusion of knowing the customer.

Dear professional, don't rely on assumptions as the economy is in the recession right now.

👉Conclusion: Never assume you know your customer.
