Small changes accumlatively lead to new destinations 🏝
First small change at Rise at Seven:
We rolled out a 2 hour power hours every morning for all staff where there is strictly no meetings across the business! 2 hours everyday to crack on, none disturbed (unless for clients)
Lockdown has caused a rise in meetings just to be able to communicate clearly and it’s taken up our calendars.
It’s time to get that back and help people mentally giving them time to think, research, and finish that to do list. Productivity is already up massively and I’m already feeling much better 🧠 ☀️
