About a year ago I sat at my desk on the verge of tears as Gong announced its 2021 President's Club Winners.

They select two SDRs each year and I had high hopes for being picked... I wasn't picked.

I care a lot about my job, arguably too much... so I was devastated. Like genuinely devastated.

That day I promised myself that I would take matters into my own hands once I was an AE and ensure my ass would be going to P Club.

Today I am sitting at my desk on the verge of tears once again. But for a slightly different reason.

I freakin did it!!!!!

150% of my annual number = auto qualification to P Club. I can't believe it!

I am going to Fiji baby!!!!!!!!! I am so beyond humbled to be here :)

Extremely grateful for all of the phenomonal people that have helped along the way, I could not have done it without you (you know who you are).

Equally thankful for the amazing support I have and the world class product I sell.

Ugh!!!

No-showing a meeting with no warning or apology is the epitome of rude.

You are directly letting that person know that you value their time far less than you value yours.

You are making them sit in a Zoom room waiting and waiting.

You are taking that time off of their calendar, time that they could be using to get stuff done, meet with another customer, go for a walk, etc.

It's incredibly, inexplicably rude.

If you don't want to meet, let them know.

If something came up last minute, just shoot them a note.

If you completely forgot about the meeting, apologize for wasting their time.

I don't care if you are the CEO of a Fortune 500 company or an Intern... have some respect, value peoples time.
