Dhruv Rathee is the new name of hate politics, the new icon of tukde tukde gang.

I am not sure how much money he has received but kind of anti-national and anti-hindu campaign he is running is beyond imagination.

Dhruv Rathee is the deploy of the West. Dhruv Rathee is as per Wikipedia resident of Germany and Indian citizen. So, this gives Dhruv Rathee a perfect shelter to malign the Indian government and indian society in each opportunities.

How Dhruv Rathee is so unique and so essential and favorite for West?

-> Modi is the bad boy to US and UK right now. Now, Rahul Gandhi has lost credibility to protest Modi. Why Modi is so popular? His acceptance from Youth. Dhruv Rathee is also youth and who are his followers in youtube? Again youth. So, through Dhruv Rathee the collective West is trying to capture the attention of the Youth who is also 70% of the voter.

-> Now a days the majority is not buying anymore the Congress secularism principle where a minority group has first right to all the Indian resources. Apart from that minority community who lost privilege in last 10 years, or those politicians who live on these minority people, no one is crying about secularism.

So, what can you do gain the attention and sympathy? Bring a Hindu Youth who is sitting in a developed country. The Indians will be fooled in two ways - Are ye toh ek Hindu bol raha hain k desh mein secularism nahi hain, not a minority. So, hindu votebank can shift. Also, now progressive and nationalist people from this minority group are realizing who is their real friend and enemy and they are shifting from Congress to BJP. Now, if a Hindu boy says that country is not secular, it will creat confusion in the minds of progressive and nationalist minorities who believe in nation first, religion later.

-> Also, being a foreign resident, it gives legitimacy to Dhruv Rathee to the Indian media and Indian people because of the colonial mentality preserved in our social fabric.

Has Dhruv Rathee anything to loose by doing all this?

No. Because he is staying aborad, so he is beyond the Indian law and institutions.

Has Dhruv Rathee anything to gain by doing all this?

-> Can get more subscriber to his YT channels
-> Can get tickets to become MP from opposition parties.
-> Becoming favorite dance boy of the collective West.
-> Getting all the media attention and prestiges just by promoting hates among minorities for the majority.
-> Becoming the favorite poster boy of the particular minority group who are sizeable in number. Because, baki koi toh bol nahi raha hain.

Indians please understand he is playing a game which is 100% in his favor and always a winner no matter what. Don't subscribe to this personal profit driven hate propaganda and misinformation.

He is the 'Mirzafar' - he will not come to India, he will just put more Ghee in the fire so that we can be lit in fire and he and his friends can see us burning.

Dhruv Rathee I challenge you for debate.
Durga Puja, Street Vendor and 70 hours workweek:

In Infosys, if you work for 70 hours a week, considering 50 weeks in a year total workhour = 70*50 = 3500 hrs.

The money you receive as a fresher is 3.5 lakh i.e. 100 Rs per hour in formal economy.

How much a person earns in informal economy:

How much an electrician charge for 1 hour visit to repair appliances: 500 Rs
How much an Ola driver charge for 1 hour ride: 800 Rs
How much Panipuri wala sells in a hour: Considering 30 Rs plate/ person. 4 person simultaneously standing for panipuri. Each 4 person group takes 5 minutes to eat. So, 30*4 = 120 Rs. In an hour, 60/5 = 12 servings. So, total amount = 120*12 =Rs. 1440

How much a steer vendor selling fish fry, chicken cutlet stall sold in Durga Puja:
The husband of our house help set up a fried item stall in front of a Pandal.
The person sold 6K, 30k, 45k, 80k, 1.3 L, 25k over 6 days of Puja total ~3L worth of items.
What was the total cost incurred including raw materials, labor charge, stall set up and commission to Puja Committee etc. It was approximately 1.3 L.
Net profit =1.7 L

We professionals from formal economy get irritated if we see someone earning more in informal economy. However, the truth is informal economy serves and runs the India, whereas formal economy of India runs the wheels of US and Europe. I know someone will comment immediately who is stopping you selling PaniPuri in street.

What are the concluding points of the post -

1) Since last decade, the per hour wage in informal economy is rising much faster compared to the wage raise in formal economy - this is helping India to get out of the poverty. However, now this is high time Income Tax department must focus on taxing informal economy as well instead of sucking blood out of the salaried professionals only in the form of TDS.

2) People don't understand the importance of velocity of money. The essential equation driving economy is MV =PY (please search in internet ). The velocity at which money changes hand defines GDP and economic progress. In Durga Puja, pandal hoppers spend so much in a single stall, now just imagine the total business made pre and post Durga Puja in terms of new clothes, pandal set up and ancillary businesses, lifestyle and electronics items sold. Every festival is a blessing to informal economy.

3) If you are working 70 hours a week, then work for your own company, business or ideas. In professional setting there is a saying - you pay far higher price for being good than being bad, particularly if you are working for large firms with established processes, hierarchies and performance metrics.

We 6 friends are going to Prayagraj on 24th February in Helicopter.

We have the capacity of another person.

So, if anyone is interested in going to Prayagraj in Helicopter, please let me know.

We will start from Kolkata Airport on 24th Feb 7 a.m. and reach Prayagraj around 8.45 a.m.

The return is on 26th February 6 p.m. to Kolkata.

The total cost will be shared equally among 6 of us.

Few conditions on the 6th person -

1) Cannot drink or eat non-veg during 23rd Feb till time staying with us.

2) Should be able to drive Helicopter.

3) Most importantly, must have helicopter.

Helicopter seems the only viable option to go to Prayagraj after New Delhi Stampede and sky rocket air fair or stampede like situation in Varanasi every day.

As a country what we have become I don't know -

We are questioning one 30 year old youtuber influencer on his remarks on something but failing to question -

on inflation, unemployment, falling rupees or crashing stock market.

I think our media has as polluted and as poisoned just like our river Yamuna.
Everyone wants to join MBB (McKinsey, BCG, Bain). MBB is consulting equivalent to MAANG of IT for those who are not aware of. Ignorance is funny thing. Before going to ISB, I did not know what is MBB. You will feel how ignorant I was. To my defence, my roommate did not know what is SRCC or St. Stephen before coming to ISB.

Ex-MBB consultants running Consulting workshop and inspiring everyone to become Consultant and making them believe anyone can get into MBB if they attend their 40 hours concise workshop or 100 hours detailed workshop - is nothing but a new pony scheme. Yes, if you attend your knowledge and awareness regarding Consulting will definitely increase, but the aspirations sold that anybody can become MBBian is a money making scam.

Based on my ISB experience and what I have seen over the years, these are the few combinations have high chance of getting into MBB. Obviously, there are exceptions - I am here talking about the 80% of the selection, shortlist and offers made.

The categories are -

1) III factor - IIT + ITC + IIM / ISB ( Before MBA, if you are in ITC after IIT it is almost certain you will receive the shortlist. ITC, HUL - these FMCG conglomerates are diamond clients of MBB - therefore, if someone is from these companies, MBB can easily convince clients to get the projects)

2) MBBS + MD + IIM/ISB - Another deadly combo and these profiles are offered express line to sign the offer in the campus placement. They sign the offer first - at 10 a.m. in the morning.

3) NDA + IIM/ISB - Discipline and dedication, ground operational experience, stakeholder management of Army + Diversity benefit - often a sure shot selection for Operational Consulting roles

4) IIT/NIT or established State Engineering College + PSU+ IIM/ISB - High chance of getting shortlist and convert. PSU like Coal India, BPCL, IOCL are often sought after profile from MBB as they are clients of MBB in India and often spend a large amount in digital transformation and different Capex projects. How important is PSU experience - I will site an example. If someone joins established IT firms (I am not talking about TCS,CTS, Infy cohort) after engineering vs someone in established PSU after engineering, the later has much higher chance of getting shortlist. Honestly, MBB does not value much IT experience or coding jobs during selection.

5) Engineering + Analytics experience ( Mu Sigma, ZS, PwC Diac, Fractal etc.) + IIM/ISB - Now-a-days data analytics is part and parcel of every good consulting projects. Therefore, professionals from analytics backgrounds are highly sought after. Believe me the brand value of Mu Sigma or ZS in B-school is unparalleled.

6) SRCC / Xaviers Commerce + CA + IIM/ISB - This is another very suitable combination. This combination is very suitable for PE/VC consulting, financial transformation projects in Indian context.

7) National level athletes + Polished English + IIM/ISB - Another sought after profile.
