So proud to announce that United Wholesale Mortgage is the #1 overall mortgage lender in America. This is bigger than just UWM… this is about independent mortgage brokers and how it is better for consumers to get a loan through a broker because it is faster, easier, and cheaper. We went ALL IN on wholesale and have been saying for years that #BrokersAreBetter, and now the whole world is seeing it. This is such a great accomplishment for our UWM team members, brokers, and the wholesale community, and I am so proud to be part of the best team in the country.

Very sad to announce the passing of Tim Forrester, our Chief Financial Officer. Tim was an amazing CFO, leader, and friend to so many. He made me a better CEO and helped build this company with me for the last 10 years. Tim made such a positive impact on everyone he met, and I was proud to call him a friend. He will be greatly missed.

Grateful for the opportunity to work with Jonathan Jones and the Real Sports team at HBO to share a little bit about my story. My time at Michigan State playing under Coach Tom Izzo taught me so much about business and life, and so many of his ideas and lessons helped me build our business here at United Wholesale Mortgage. Had a great time playing in our annual UWM vs. Summer Team Members basketball game! Us old UWM guys (including many of my former MSU teammates) pulled out the win together. It was awesome seeing so many team members there supporting everyone and raising money for charity.

Success is a choice, and when you decide to do more and work hard every single day, your business will thrive in any market. Mortgage brokers are thriving right now by picking up every phone call, posting more on social media, and building more relationships with real estate agents. Do the little things now that will make a big impact in 2024 and beyond.

United Wholesale Mortgage celebrated Halloween yesterday with our annual Boonited event! It was so great seeing all our team members decorate their areas and dress up, while having their kids, grandkids, and so many people on campus for a fun night of trick-or-treating!

Over 5,000 independent mortgage brokers, processors, and real estate agents are on campus today for our 5th annual UWM LIVE! This is the biggest and best mortgage event of the year and has been awesome seeing so many people together to network and get valuable takeaways for their business. We've also had amazing speakers that have shared their knowledge and tips on how brokers can continue to grow and dominate!

Our partnership with Bilt is flipping the antiquated servicing experience on its head. UWM will be the first mortgage platform where customers can earn rewards for making their mortgage payments – a game-changer for our broker partners, consumers, and the industry! Was great speaking to so many originators today at AIME Fuse! I talked about how to scale your business and dominate now and in the future. United Wholesale Mortgage also rolled out three new tools that will help empower brokers while giving them more certainty and control of their business.
