The ability to change is often confused with the desire to change.

Life is about second chances but one has to be truly committed to the change.

None of us are perfect. As #humans, we make mistakes, some are trivial in #nature, some a lot more significant.

The idea of second chances is often associated with forgiveness and redemption.
It acknowledges that #people can make mistakes, and provides a #learning opportunity for them to learn those mistakes and make amends.

Second chances can be beneficial for both parties involved, as they offer a chance for reconciliation and growth in #business, #entrepreneurs, #sales, #relationships, #employees or #employers.

If a person is motivated enough to change, they can almost always make improvements in their #life.
If he/she is willing to do the #work involved with change and persist even when it feels difficult and/or painful with commitment, then the change will come.

Also when deciding or giving someone a second chance, keep focusing on why he/she deserves the second chance instead of the negatives.

📝You matter.....Yes You💐

A man was walking along a deserted beach at sunset and noticed a young boy from distance.
As he drew nearer, he noticed that the boy kept bending down, picking something up and throwing it into the water.
Time and again he kept hurling things into the ocean.
As the man approached even closer, he was able to see that the boy was picking up fishes that had been washed up on the beach and, one at a time he was throwing them back into the water.

The man asked the boy what he was doing, the boy replied,“I am throwing these washed up fishes back into the ocean, or else they will die through lack of oxygen.

“But“, said the man, “You can't possibly save them all, there are thousands on this beach, and this must be happening on hundreds of beaches along the coast. You can't possibly make a difference.“

The boy looked down, frowning for a moment; then bent down to pick up another fish, smiling as he threw it back into the sea. He replied,

“I made a huge difference to that one fish!“

A little boy got angry with his mother and shouted at her, “I hate you, I hate you.“
Because of fear of reprimand, he ran out of the house.

He went up to the valley and shouted, “I hate you, I hate you,“ and the echo returned, “I hate you, I hate you.“
Having never heard an echo before, he was scared, and ran back to his mother for protection.
He reported to his mother that there was a bad boy in the valley who shouted “I hate you, I hate you“.

The mother understood and she asked her son to go back and shout, “I love you, I love you“.
The little boy went and shouted, “I love you, I love you“, and back came the echo.

That taught the little boy a lesson that our life is like an echo: “We get back what we give“

Here are some tips to guide you:

Do it every day. Put at least 2–3 hours in practicing your craft.

Be willing to make mistakes. Fail and fail again, it’s part of the process.

Learn from people who are at the top. Books, courses, coaches, etc.

Surround yourself with people who are a bit above your level. The challenge will make you better.

Celebrate small wins. Made a bit of progress?
See it as proof you are getting better, no time for negative self-talk.

Be patient with yourself. Remember to master anything it takes at least 10,000 hours of practice.

Remember most people can master a skill up to 95%. The percents after that are what makes the great, greater by developing your skills and #creativity.
