It frustrates me,

Corporate world’s sad reality !

Here’s why ?

It’s been 5 years in Corporate world I still feel illiterate to decode this expression ,

“ Most of Indian companies need

fresher with 3 years of experience “

3 years and fresher ?? Hahah
…

This Ironical statement hits my head hard !

We have to stop it please !

Mindset should be changed asap !

21st century is India’s century !

Moment our corporate world will change their mindset,

whole educational system will have to take a decisive U turn !

Will proceed through skill funnel from root level if it happens !

Let’s take stand for this !

It’s disheartening😞,
to see your friend at workspace pulling your leg to excel in their career.

One day a task was allotted to me and my coworker and
he was at the same level of mine.

We both were working hard and put endless efforts for the task allotted

At the time of submission he was called for the updation of task into boss cabin
and
their he projected the entire project in his favour without giving the due credit to me which we did together !

And he got promotion after that.

when we both met again he reacted very normally
but I felt really hurt and cheated on that day.

Just because one wants to climb that success ladder fast, they start politics in company.

That’s why don’t make too many friends at your workplace, do your job,
Get paid.
And go home.

Similar situations many of us are entangled into !

I had also spend 6 years into this!

But to figure out quick is real learning !

And it’s highly dangerous to have such environment.

Such type of work environment not only demotivates you but also questions your whole process of hard working.

Who get these opportunities ??

🧨people belonging to same state/com.
🔥people who are influential.

UPI PAYMENTS ARE KILLING
SMALL BUSINESS IN INDIA !

It has become a red flag for candies industries, pen industries whose prices are less than Rs 5.
Which are getting adversely affected how ??

Do you guys remember when you were small
and
used to visit stores in India
where shopkeepers give back “Pulse” candies
instead of small changes to customers.

This company made a whooping 800 cr in just 8 months.

But as digitisation have become commonplace,
There is no need to give change nowa-a days

I can say the best - intentioned plans can sometimes have some unexpected consequences.

The “kirana stores” providing candies and chocolates instead of small change was a

“BIG SALES ROUTE” for these companies.

We can say

“ UPI IS SILENTLY KILLING SOMEONE ”

NO DOUBT it has transformed and removed the friction of millions of daily cash payments.
