I’m really proud to share that SNC-Lavalin, Atkins and Faithful+Gould have welcomed 477 graduates, 155 apprentices and 200 industry placements across 30+ UK offices during 2022 – our largest ever intake of early careers talent.
The skills shortage impacting our sector is well documented, which is why investment in the next generation is so critical if we’re going to deliver transformational projects, while leading the transition to clean energy and decarbonised infrastructure.
I’m looking forward to meeting as many of our new starters as possible over the coming weeks and months, and – of course – wish them every success as they embark on exciting careers with us.
