You are the CEO of your life.

So why don't most act like it?

When you adopt a CEO mindset,
You start to see everyone in your life as a member of your 'team'.

If they’re not pulling their weight,
Or making a positive impact...

It’s on you to make the cut.

Whether you’re building a business, a brand, or a reputation,
Who you surround yourself with matters more than any strategy.

Here's what I wish I knew when I first started:

🚫 The wrong people drain your energy, waste your time, and kill momentum.
✅ The right people open doors, push you further, and keep you sharp.

Your circle is your ultimate advantage...
Or your worst liability.

So treat it like your success depends on it. (Because it does.)

If you’re serious about growth,
You need to build a network that reflects it.

Not just followers. Actual leverage.

That’s what I teach every week in Network to Net Worth:

The ultimate newsletter for entrepreneurs, marketers, and operators,
Who want to stop fumbling and start building real relationships.

If you’re ready to stop playing small, start here:

Life doesn’t come with a deadline for success.

It’s never too late to start something new.

If you’re in your 20s and feel like you’ve already lost,
let me stop you right there.

You think you’ve missed your shot because you made a wrong choice?
Or because someone else seems miles ahead?

Here’s the truth: your life is just getting started.

Let’s take a moment to talk about these icons:

1. Christian Dior
Started his fashion empire at 41.
He went from gallery owner to global fashion legend.

2. Sam Walton
Founded Walmart at 44.
Built a single store into the world’s largest retailer.

3. Henry Ford
Started Ford Motor Company at 45.
He didn’t just create cars, he created an industry.

4. Adolf Dassler
Launched Adidas at 48.
One passion turned into a global sports phenomenon.

5. Chaleo Yoovidhya
Created Red Bull at 53.
Proved that energy drinks and bold ideas don’t have an age limit.

6. Harland Sanders
Started KFC at 62.
Life gave him 61 years of rejections before he gave the world fried chicken.

Now think about that.

They didn’t let decades of “wrong choices” or false starts define their futures.

So why would you?

Your 20s aren’t for “winning life.”

They’re for figuring it out. Learning. Failing. Growing.

The only wrong choice is believing it’s too late.

What’s something you’ve always wanted to start, but haven’t yet?

Always respect the intern.

You never know where they might end up.

Most people treat respect like something you have to work for.

They switch on the charm for the CEO,
But completely ignore the junior staff and the interns.

They don't think an intern has “earned“ basic respect yet.

That's their mistake.

The people you overlook and step on to get ahead,
Could very well be the ones you answer to on the way down.

If you need more proof:

Nike’s new CEO started as an intern.
Now he runs a $96B empire.

And you better believe he remembers
Who treated him with respect on day one.

The ones who supported him early,
Are not going to be on the outside looking in.

So, pay attention to the way people treat:

➡️ People with no status
➡️ People who are still learning
➡️ People who can’t offer anything in return

That will show you everything you need to know
About who they really are.

Real character isn't about how you treat the top tier.
It's about how you act when no one expects anything from you.

Respect is a long-term investment.
It always circles back.

So treat every interaction like it matters.
Because it does.

Respect is the secret ingredient in business,
And in building your network.

Biggest life hack I know:

Networking.

When it comes to opportunities,
Who you know usually matters more than what you’ve done.

That might seem harsh, but it's true.

Someone out there is landing the job, the deal, the investor...

Not because they’re necessarily the best fit,
But because they know the right people.

You can have:

✔️ The perfect resume
✔️ Years of experience
✔️ All the right credentials

And still get beat by someone who texted,
“Hey, can you intro me?”

Networking isn’t a nice-to-have.
It’s a powerful strategic advantage.

It changes everything:

✅ Saving you time, energy, and red tape.
✅ Turning cold starts into warm conversations.
✅ Getting you in rooms before even reaching the door.

This isn’t about cutting corners,
It’s about building leverage.

Relationships move faster than applications,
And trust beats credentials every time.

Building a great network takes skill and knowledge...
My weekly newsletter will teach you both.

Network to Net Worth offers:

- Real stories of networking wins
- Spotlights on people you need to know (from my own network)
- Actionable challenges to level up as you go
