This slidedoc/ebook on Technical Decisions (including Architecture Decisions, but any decisions of import to system outcomes) has been out in the world for a while, but it continues to evolve and its free as in the true price is in the attention we pay in creating something thoughtful, and reading it too.
It's designed to be read at different levels. Some folk will just read the quotes, noticing some favorites and being introduced to some new people and their insights, and the way that person caught the insight in words just so. Others may scan across the slides, and dip into the pages as the topic grabs attention.
