I got cheated, I need JUSTICE !

Yes, I was seen on national TV #sharktank

Instead of being happy, I feel undervalued, cheated & helpless

There was an attempt to defame me

We creators need respect.

Yes, I want justice!

I am a Creator. I started practicing content creation two years back, I didn't know then that this could actually be such a blooming industry and I have been working my day and night on this.

And then,

Just six months back, I was called by Conker App for a course shoot ( now acquired by Vivek Billore as per government website & proofs )

but then after 1 month, I got to know that all my efforts & sweat were discarded as I was told that the course will not get launched since the company was about to shut down.

I felt bad but thought of shutting my mouth & continue working hard to find another client who can value my efforts

Wait, until the big drama happened , 2 days back

What we all see is that same course content was used by the director of Conker World on shark tank while he showed his product demo

The video was used by him #without my consent and it was purely a defamation act done by him on me- Shivangi Narula : The Director and Founder Skilldify ( Backed by IIM Banglore)

A creator is an artist and their content actually being used by some big player in the market without the deserved pay and recognition is something very immoral.

This shows the lack of work ethic.

I have been calling each and every member but they didn’t bother to help me , may be because I am not that big a creator in the market

Prafull Billore being the leading creator of India, I hope you hear my plea and help me in getting justice.

I request all my supporters to help me in raising voice against this act of injustice that happened with me.

Arvind Arora hasn’t been replying to me on any of the social media platforms, nor are they picking up any calls. Being a great public figure so through this post I request him to respect creators like me.

In Fact they've been trying to misguide me by saying that the director has changed everyone has blocked me from their social media & conta

Hi! Sharks, Anupam Mittal Peyush Bansal Namita Thapar Aman Gupta
you saw me yesterday on a public platform, with someone pitching you with my content.

I am cheated and I request all of you to support me with this, since I've been defamed on a public platform by a man who isn't even good at giving a pitch and who used me as a pitch product without taking my consent.

We content creators need respect, proper pay for our hard work and proper recognition for what we actually work hard for and is sometimes even our bread maker.

I request you all to come together and join me on this journey to get us the respect that we deserve and prevent getting cheated.

#corporates are a new circus 🎪

Dance, drama, comedy …

The corporate culture is changing !

Well yes, the corporate culture in India is no more a dumb driven catle race.

Corporate world has now become a place where you would actually love to go to and work.

The corporates are engaging more in a lot of fun activities for training as well as working too.

There is more employee engagement in the corporates now they involve a lot of fun activities.

Recently I too was a part of such corporate training where the company actually wanted me to be more creative with my ideas and make sure that most people engage.

They tend to use a lot of ideas like - creative arts, dance it out, popcorn hours, case studies, volunteering, etc.

And there are a lot of reasons why you should prioritize your mental health over a higher pay-

1. If your mental health is in good shape, you will be able to achieve your goals with 10X more confidence and speed. However, if you are not mentally fit, you will most likely be replaced a year or two later because you will be unable to make sound decisions.

2. The second reason is toxic workplace culture. Because of negative workplace culture, many employees are unable to grow and leave the company. If you do not have the right to speak out against wrongdoing, you must leave because it will worsen your depression and cause you to withdraw.

3. From time to time, we are subjected to office politics, which causes us to be unable to make appropriate decisions as position holders. This will have an impact on the target and deadlines, reducing your efficiency.

If you work for a company that pays low but treats you well, you should appreciate your work culture and not leave for money because you will get your money back but you will never be able to recover your mental health.

Weigh in and share how you think corporations are evolving through more employee engagement.

No no, Don't!

Don't pick a job, pick a boss.

No trust, no opportunities to grow.

A very close friend of mine recently joined a MNC. The company no doubt was a big name in the corporate world. But, within a few months of the high paying job she decided to quit since it had been unbearable for her.

Her boss had made it so difficult that she agreed to it that a big name or a great salary is not something that gives you the job satisfaction that you need.

We generally pick the brands names or the companies that we would want to work in but what we actually forget is that the mentors that we get have the power to either get us to heights or ashes.

“Good work team!“ ,“Great try!“ , “I trust your judgments!“

The words sound so comforting right. There is nothing like having a boss who has your back.

Empowerment and trust are the two key factors that make a job interesting and an employee passionate.

Employees actually don't leave bad jobs, they leave bad bosses.

A recent study also shows that about 65% of employees will have a better boss than a salary raise.

Finding a good boss is both difficult to find and hard to forget. So make sure that you choose a good boss rather than a good company.

Tag your favourite boss ❤️

Who am I ?
What is my favourite ?
What do I like the most ?
Where do I see myself ?

In the rush of being around people ..

We sometimes forget our ownselves
Our choices
Our likes
Our dislikes
Our emotions

Not just this !!

We force ourselves to follow what others like

Let’s take an example ..

In order to make my people happy, I sometimes order their choices, I buy things that they suggest, I prefer to go to clubs which I just don’t like…

I mean why ?

This afternoon , in a dark room with my 2 books & my laptop

I waited for a moment & asked this question to myself why are you not yourself

I had conflicting thoughts in my mind & I still have when I am drafting this piece

Why we humans feel better when surrounded by people; could be your so called friends, your work buddies or per say your family

Do we really need them to escape real life or push us or just be there to make us feel safe ?

Why being alone is still considered to be a not so great thing ?

May be when we practice that we feel as if we have lost something around us

A true story : on the days when I am with myself , I enjoy it but then suddenly I get a feeling that I am loosing something !

Not everyone who surrounds you will have the same intentions to be with you , may be for them you are another reason to escape time

Ain’t so confusing ?

While I pen this down , you see me very confused

And, I am okay accepting that I am confused ..

But how do you navigate these times deciding who should be the right person to be with ?

Crazy me on a Tuesday evening ! Coz, I had less official work today so I planned to overthink

But let’s see what my fam has to say on this now ?

P:S : i decided to cherish my things in life 💗

My #dreams were valued at 50000 INR.

My first #interview, I got selected 😍

I must have been happy 😃

I was happy 😊 but I wasn’t sure whether this happiness will last forever enabling me to feel gratified.

I was unsure about my own feelings.

I was scared to #quit the offer and pursue my dream of creating a company rather thank working for a company.

The idea of working in the 9 to 5 job isn’t bad but may be my heart was not aligned well to pursue the same.

Abandoning the offer wasn’t easy , the aftermaths were terrible, I was struggling to even decide what really needs to be done.

Undergone and faced tough times.

But this roller coaster 🎢 journey is amazing .
I enjoy every bit of it. It has made me tough, strong, dynamic and most importantly it has enabled me to understand the beauty of risk taking in life .

It was my choice to pursue entrepreneurship in my life and I celebrate it.

Never regret the #choices you have once made for yourself.

They will always bring happiness to you , Sooner or Later.

Let’s Celebrate Our Choices

Do you agree with me ?

What are your thoughts on this ?

68% said it had decreased their morale,
55% claimed it had hurt their productivity, 36% of employees have changed jobs

As a result of a MICROMANAGER ‼️

Imagine investing your time, effort, and resources into building a team of performers just to see them walk away slowly.

Well, you pay people to do that?

Still imagining!

It's your #micromanager- it is a leadership style that is stifling creativity, destroying morale, and ultimately chasing away your best talent.

No talent thrives under a watchful eye, remember that!

Instead of empowering it suffocates the potential, diminishes the confidence, and prevents them from growing into leaders.

So trust your team members and give them the freedom to make decisions, learn from their mistakes, and excel in their roles.

Let's just remember that when we hire top talent, we invest in their capabilities and potential- so let them unleash their potential and watch your organization's roar.

Don't let your top talent go away in vain because of stupidity!

Grow strong together!

AIRTEL : My Third Rejection
Yes Germany : My First Acceptance
British Council : My Second Acceptance
Hindustan Times : My Third Acceptance

The list of #rejections are infinite 😅

Every rejection was a big setback , I used to take time to recover and feel positive.

When everything around you isn’t favourable, it feels bad, discomforting to force yourself to be happy and positive.

I can understand this pain .

WE ALL HAVE BEEN A JOBSEEKER ONCE

It’s a phase of life that teaches us so much except the fact that the learnings are reflected and observed later in time.

To all the people who were fired or who lost their jobs due to this global pandemic.

I understand what it feels to be jobless.

We all have different jobs but the main motive behind doing a job is to earn a living.

3 quick ways that helped me fight my job search #anxiety :

📌 Remember it’s a process : Don’t be impatient, take it easy.

📌 Make a plan : it’s not a time to feel guilty, it’s the best time to hone your skills.

📌 Introspect : May be you get a great idea that people would love to invest.

Trust your #journey ✌️

Let’s reject rejections to accept acceptance

I made $1M Dollars with my speaking skills

But spending 0 on any courses out there

Here's the Blueprint!

You're here because you want to know how I made over $1 million using my strong communication skills.

Let’s first understand the “WHY”

Why do you need charismatic communication skills ?

Is that for your job, business, personal brand or a personal relationship.

Where do you want to unleash the benifits of leveraging this game changing skill.

Communication in simple lay man language means “ exchanging information, feelings, or emotions”

It involves 2 people , Sender & Reviever

2 different people with different & diverse mindsets

Assumption by any one of them can prove to be like a sucide attempt

Hence, knowing your audience is the key to initiating any conversation.

This may be as basic as silent communication.

A quick short guide to master the skill of communicating effectively :

>> A strong purpose of the conversation

You need to clearly answer this question in one word to your own mind

Let’s say, I am taking to you to negotiate or resolve or inform

Use one action word to let your mind know what exactly are you planning to move in this conversation or interaction

There is a powerful framework of communication called “ PAM”

Decoding this right means :

P - Purpose
A - Audience
M - Message

Whether, it is a professional affair or a personal affair , it’s crucial to know the reason of that interaction to ensure effective delivery & comprehension

>> Decode your Audience & label them

Who am I talking to ?
Is he my senior or junior
Is he my client, manager, or my Girlfriend

Once you know your receiver

It’s time for you to categorise them as follows:

-Informed audience
-Uninformed audience

When it is an informed group of audience,
Context setting isn’t that needed

However, uninformed audience needs context setting..

That’s how content & context need to be aligned smartly as per the receiver

>> Deliver your Message

Use the pyramid principle framed by the McKinsey’s consultant.

The principle states the way of structuring contebt the right way

Start small with a reason
Add explanations to your reason
Conclude it with an example , this could be a data point, a story, a report etc..

Using this power packed approach helped me crack all my business & personal deals in life.

May it be my personal brand or my sales pitch ..

I have always focused more on expressing over impressing

If you express clearly you already become more impressive in nature ❣️

Are you ready to level up your business communication game , hit me up !

I am hosting a Masterclass in Delhi NCR for 20 professionals who are keen to level up their leadership communication game.

PS : My TedX day make me feel overwhelmed ❤️‍🩹

Do you have friends who come up with “billion-dollar“ startup ideas every day?

Say they thought of the “Flipkart idea“ before Flipkart?

Well, I have many.

They are “startup idea ninjas“. Just that they never go on to actually buildd a startup.

You see an idea can never fail, but a real startup can.

And everyone is Steve Jobs, until they start executing. Then the sh*t gets real!

That's why while people constantly come up with “billion-dollar ideas“, they never execute.

To actually build a company, one needs the courage to FAIL publicly :)

My one more try to build my dream Skilldify , NSRCEL we will surely make it upto incubation this year 🙈

I am #superman 😊
.
Are you thinking how the heck is she, superman??
.
I am not yet but,
You have to feel it to be it.
It’s called spiritual #manifestation. It’s the exact opposite of what we do when we hold ourselves back.

manifestation is bringing something tangible into your life through attraction and belief, i.e. if you think it, it will come

❤️ I believe I have the power to build a global company that makes #people happy, #wealthy, and successful.

What are you manifesting today?

What happens when you hire freshers and keep them at the same pace for a longer time?

1.2 lakh apprehensive individuals have resigned in the past 90 days from their current jobs.

And about 80 percent of them are from a group having 0-2 years of experience.

This is what happens when you actually hire freshers at 3- 4 lakh pa and then tend to keep them at the same pace for the rest of the year.

Well this is a group of people in search of constant growth and are at a state of unrest because of a constant growing market.

In the post-covid Era when the companies called these employees back it was pretty obvious for them to resign since the life in the metro cities is pretty much extravagant and affording that at the same pay scale was almost impossible.

Therefore they preferred working in companies that would offer them flexible work from home.

I personally know a lot of people who need to take up extra 20- 30 k from families to continue in these cities.

What are your thoughts on this ?

Normalize maternity leaves for men.

Maternity- for men!

Seems inappropriate right? But why so?

When we agree for maternity leaves for women why does it seem so astonishing for men.

The work culture actually does not promote it and we as a society also do not accept the fact that men too need paternity leave.

DADS NEED TIME TO ADJUST TOO.

Recently I was having a conversation with my friend who is a new mom and she told me that her husband got paternity leave to be with the family and understand his roles.

Well I was excited to know more, and I realized that why was it so exciting for me, when it is normal for a woman, why not for a man?

Why does it speak volumes to me?

But how do we do it? How do we normalize this?

● By understanding and grasping gender roles.
● Create a work environment that is supportive in normalizing family.
● Job flexibility for men who are at a paternity.
● Let's not look at it as something to be astonished about.

Let's go ahead and bring a change in this work culture and make men accountable for their responsibilities too.

What’s your take on having paternity leaves too ?

I was not a very proud woman !

I have fought at every stage to let people know that I am confident

I can do !

I used to hear bad affirmations coz I used to work superbly hard to build my identity

I heard my closest friends saying that I am greedy , I want to earn loads of money

You can’t settle Shivangi
You will never be happy if you continue to hustle
You can’t do this

Why don’t you be like other girls ?

Get yourself a job , work there and then chillax

Get yourself a guy, who will make you happy & eventually get married to him

I always felt hurt, dejected, low , and superbly alone

The journey of the last 6 years wasn’t easy

So many people around me , letting me down

But the only thing that made me work hard was the reason that I wanted to do something

Surprisingly, I had no plans

Every morning got me to a new project, new office, new clients

This made me feel that I will never be able to build my identity ..

Coz, I had no fixed destination to reach

Lil did I know that everything happened for a good reason

Today when I sit and see all that from a bird eye’s view, I feel happy and proud

You will always find people who would let you know that you are incapable of achieving what you have dreamt of

Never listen to them , trust your gut feeling & do what makes you happy & satified

Don’t calculate much , just act religiously

Universe will be with you to help you achieve your goals

Cheers to all the women & men out there

Let’s celebrate every gender this women’s day

Papa said beta SARKARI NAUKRI is the best

The twist and turns of destiny are always an adventure, aren't they?

What makes me highlight this today is the realisation of how far I have come in my life.

Being a girl hailing from a middle class family, my father, grandmother and relatives always wanted me to land up in a government job and secure my life as a school teacher or a college professor.

But destiny has its ways of giving us the right direction. 🙈

Be it getting insufficient marks, or landing up at the wrong campus or anything at all,

everything wanted to say only one thing- I was not meant for this.💁🏻

My personal aspiration was to pursue fashion designing from the well-known and reputed college of NIFT.

But the only time I got to be there was to conduct a training program for them.✨

Yes, you heard me right.

The girl who could never bag a seat as a government teacher or as a student at NIFT got the opportunity to conduct training programs for the same Government Institutions and bodies such as Delhi and Maharashtra Governments and NIFT. 🤩

People's expectations and pressure for your career can often make you wonder about your destiny and lead to unprecedented roads of ultimate success,

as it did to me and today, I have my own venture called Skilldify, a people training and development company.

So, just as I am on my mission to Skilldify India,

you too can find the road that leads to your adventures of success 🚀

What you aspire to be???

Ps: After a very tiring teacher training program I delivered 🙈
