Most of the Indians are very innocent they pay huge taxes and get nothing in exchange for a benefit

🔴 Specially salaried class people those who put efforts day and night to make India great get nothing in exchange even after paying huge taxes.

---------

The condition of government schools and hospitals is getting worst day by day.

Due to this today
🔴 Not single parents want to teach their children in government schools
🔴And no one wants to get treatments from government hospitals apart from AIMS (Very limited and can't cover even 1/10th of patients in the city itself)

Still, people must pay heavy taxes of up to 30% or 40%.

🔴 Tax collection is getting used either in distributing freebies, election campaigns, filling the pockets of 90% of corrupt politicians, government officers, and bureaucrats

📌 I see in my local area a Nagar Nigam chairman his net worth used to be hardly 10 lakhs before becoming chairman, but now he has a car of 20 lacks and almost 15 crores of net worth (Very small example but a real one).

🔷 I am not saying the entire tax collection money but yes 80% goes into corrupt pockets.

😑 In between an ordinary man of India just paying taxes and doing charity without getting and single benefit which can make him feel happy.

🔴Real estate people building more and more apartments, sectors, colonies, and many more to force people to come to work in cities.

🔴Business people who have a surplus of money build more private schools, colleges, and universities to print huge amounts of money and consider themselves a nonprofit organization.

🔴Business people with the help of doctors building hospitals that charge heavy fees for treatments that 99% people of India can't afford

Here the question is
Why we are paying a huge tax if we don't have any benefits?

Neither in terms of Better education, Medical facilities, or any living benefits.

Due to this High Networth or ultra-high Networth individuals leave India and settle in other countries.

🔴 Unfortunately, the majority of middle-class people don't have the privilege to settle in other countries

The question raises here is, What's the benefit of paying huge taxes when in the end it will go into corrupt pockets instead of your betterment?

PS - Modern College or universities in India creates slaves to pay a heavy tax to the government and hefty rent or EMIs to the real estate guys.

💎 I am happy in my hometown with a decent income if I don't have to pay unnecessary rent, huge fees in schools, or unnecessary Medical treatment fees.

Stay healthy, exercise, and create a decent income

Otherwise, these people will not leave you alive and happy.

#salary
The entry-level or 0-2 years of experience holder's salaries in the BFSI and IT sector is still 3 LPA - 5LPA , 25k- 35K per month

and companies expect one job or complete focus or Not Moonlighting from their employees.

Companies should do surveys about the cost of living in Cities like Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Banglore, and Chennai

Even If a bachelor lives in any small PG or a simple room or flat then the cost will be around 10-12K per month which means 50% of the salary will go into expenses,

then how he will manage other things in his life?

Because If the Salary increase then inflation and the cost of living Increase.

Here few so-called VPs, Directors, CEOs, and Oldies of age 40, 50, and 60 say the young generation should struggle to reach somewhere.

This is not a struggle, This is a complete waste of energy and time in something that never takes you anywhere in life.

If you will not pay well to your employees then definitely your employee will figure out other options and you will be busy hiring and making experience letters for employees

49% of Consumers Depend on Influencer Recommendations

Is it wrong?

No, but you should know how it can add value to your life, sometimes you don't aware of any new trends, products, or services that can really add some value to your professional or personal life then definetly go for the recommendations

But that doesn't mean you should always go for recommendations here you should know the difference between Needs and Wants

The world can sell you anything if you don't know the difference between needs and wants

Why knowing the difference between need and want is necessary?

Today people buy 70% of stuff due to influenced by someone or just because people around them have

But they don't know whether they really need it or not.

Today it is high time to analyze the needs so that you can use your money to buy your time rather than unnecessary stuff

Buying time can help you to do those things which you really want to do in life

Ps - If you have time and freedom then you can easily do things that you weren't.

[6] Expensive marriages
[7] Costly dinners and parties

It's not about affordability but it's more about satisfaction.

Never lose a loyal employee in exchange for high skills or talent

The one who left someone because you have given a hike then he can leave you as well if someone offers more than you

---------

Skills can be improved over a period of time but loyalty can't

🔴 Here are a few reasons why skills can be improved with training but loyalty cannot:

😏 Skills are based on knowledge and experience: Skills are typically acquired through learning and practice. They are built upon a foundation of knowledge and expertise that individuals can acquire and develop over time.

🔰Training programs, workshops, mentorship, and hands-on experience can all contribute to improving and expanding an individual's skill set.

⚫ Loyalty is based on personal values and emotions: Loyalty is a complex human trait influenced by personal values, emotions, and individual circumstances. It develops over time as a result of positive experiences, trust, and mutual understanding between an employee and their employer.

💎 While companies can foster loyalty through fair treatment, transparent communication, and a supportive work environment, it ultimately relies on the individual's own motivations and feelings.

😏 Skills are adaptable and transferable: Skills are often transferable across different roles, industries, and contexts. Once a person acquires a particular skill, they can apply it in various situations and adapt it to different tasks or projects.

Additionally, skills can be honed and expanded to meet changing job requirements and industry demands through continuous learning and professional development.

❤️ Loyalty involves personal choices and external factors: Loyalty is not solely dependent on the employer but is also influenced by external factors such as career opportunities, personal aspirations, and life circumstances. Employees may choose to prioritize their own career growth, financial stability, or work-life balance over long-term loyalty to a single company.

🤔 It's important to note that while loyalty cannot be directly taught or improved through training, organizations can still cultivate an environment that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and commitment.

💎 By maintaining a positive workplace culture, providing growth opportunities, recognizing and rewarding employees, and promoting work-life balance, companies can create an environment that encourages loyalty among their workforce.

In India, Unnecessary people usually judge someone's earning capability and physical beauty

A person becomes beautiful and attractive on the basis of his/her knowledge and work, not just on the basis of physical beauty or earning capability.

If someone earns less, he may be living a happy and healthy life than the person who is earning more but living an unhealthy and stressful life.

A woman with great knowledge is always better than a woman who has physical beauty but zero knowledge

It is never necessary that someone who has good knowledge should earn more or he should have great physical beauty.

Because those who give time to their knowledge and work they do very less focus on earning and physical beauty.

Being healthy is necessary but being physically beautiful is not necessary.

Choose the right person in your life who can lift your life and work for you as a mirror who can show your mistakes or lacks and helps you to improve those mistakes or lacking.

Your Friends, family and Parents will never understand how much pressure you are taking on a daily basis to meet their expectations.

They are just satisfied that you are earning

Same with your workplace, no one will ask you how many problems you are bearing at home or after work.

Every earning member in the family always becomes a victim if he/she fails to fulfil anyone's requirement.

Your friends, family and colleagues will never understand the responsibilities you have above you.

No one except you understands, how much you affect by news such as slowdowns, layoffs or Recessions

Here I just wanted to appreciate those who are Heroes of their families.

You are none less than any hero because you are bringing so much happiness to your family without knowing them, How much pressure, stress or anxiety you are taking?

Keep doing your best.

In India, employees get the lowest average monthly salary (25000 INR) of freshers for the last 2 decades with the most working hours (48 hours per week)

Still, CEOs and capitalist minds need more work hours from employees without discussing the increment of salary and wages.

If someone is given more time to work then he/she has to steal time from his other things

If you are dependent on jobs 40-48 hours is fine rest time you can give to yourself to build something else apart from your job

There are n numbers of things that you can do in your life daily after your job such as
- Learning about investing
- Spending time with family
- Working on your health
- Reading and listening to good authors and people
- Building good habits that can lead a peaceful, healthy, and lovely life
- You can do freelancing, side hustle, and n number of things to create more income streams

For all the above things, you need time, and if you spend your entire time (70-80 hours per week) at your job then when will you get the time to work on you?

Ask yourself a few questions and you will start getting answers

- Do I really wanted to do whatever I am doing now then 100 hours is less
- Does it have some meaning or purpose which I am doing currently?
- Does it make me happy?
- Do I need to do something more to lead a healthy and peaceful life?
- Does it make me satisfied and don't I need any other stuff in my life?

These questions will help you to get some clarity in mind and lead you toward the right work, career, and huge income ideas.

PS - The below image Compares India to other developed nations because India falls into the 11th position among other developed economies of the world

We just only talk about GDP that it becomes $4 trillion or $5 Trillion

However, we never talk about the per-person capital where India is 142 out of 197.

It is great to see that India is growing but also we have to check whether are we growing or behind in the growth journey.
