Great Ratan Tata said, Removing Employees in crisis is not ethical.

RIL Chief Mukesh Ambani raised Salary of thier Employees.

Siemens has given Covid Bonus to its employees.

Still Many company's are crying in the name of Covid crisis.

Dear So called Founder / Co-founders,

I think, Instead of Launching Business plans for Thousand of Crores haphazardly without any sustainability planing, over-hiring and then run away in crisis time,

Better to launch sustainable business with limited employees, justifiable resources.

Your employees are also a Human and they have a family to feed.

You business is not surviving a crisis, its Your Failure.
Your Business Model failure.

Why your employees should pay for it?
Because they trust you to choose you over other opportunities?

Am I right, Friends ?

Any thoughts on this?

We offered her a CTC more than what she asked for.

Last year, when we were hiring an associate, Manisha was one of the applicants. She walked into the interview room with a slight smile, her eyes nervously scanning the room.

As the interview began, she demonstrated incredible skill and knowledge in her field, but she appeared noticeably underconfident.

She answered every question with precision and honesty, showcasing her expertise and passion for the work.

However, despite her impressive qualifications, she harbored self-doubts due to her family circumstances.

When the topic of salary came up, she hesitated, her voice barely above a whisper as she requested a modest amount, which was lower than our budget.

It was clear that she lacked confidence in her own worth. However, we saw something special in her beyond her self-doubt and recognized her potential to excel in the role.

We knew that her skills and honesty were invaluable assets to the company.

We offered her a salary far beyond what she had requested, along with additional benefits and opportunities for growth.

When we presented her with the offer, she was overcome with emotion.
Tears welled up in her eyes as she realized that her abilities had been recognized and valued.

With newfound confidence, Manisha accepted the offer, grateful for the opportunity to prove herself.

In the months that followed, she flourished in her role at LinkCvRight - CV, LinkedIn, Resume & Career Tips 💡By Smriti Gupta , exceeding expectations and becoming an integral part of the team.

Dear Employers,

Always give salary increment based on candidate deserving not based on last withdrawn salary.

Afterall Honesty is still best policy.

Dear Professionals,

Don't just follow blindly the advice of
Ashneer Grover Ji to Not to Serve Notice Period.

Suddenly many of professionals (Mostly Young ones) have started being absconded from their companies.

Do not do that.

Stamp of ABSCONDING will never leave you till you career need employment.

Serving a notice period properly can have several benefits for both the employer and the employee.

Some of these benefits include:

💫Smooth transition: Serving a proper notice period allows for a smooth transition of work from the employee to the employer or the person taking over the job. This ensures that the work is not disrupted and that there is no loss of productivity.

💫Positive impression: Serving a proper notice period can leave a positive impression on the employer, which can be beneficial for the employee's future job prospects. Employers are more likely to give positive references for employees who have served their notice periods properly.

💫Fulfilling contractual obligations: Most employment contracts have a clause requiring the employee to serve a notice period before leaving the job. By serving the notice period, the employee is fulfilling their contractual obligations, which can prevent legal issues.

💫Professionalism: Serving a notice period properly demonstrates professionalism and a commitment to the job. This can be particularly beneficial for employees who are looking to maintain positive relationships with their former employers and colleagues.

💫Financial benefits: Some companies may offer financial incentives to employees who serve their notice periods properly. This can include bonuses, extra pay, or other benefits, which can be a valuable addition to the employee's financial package.

In summary, serving a notice period properly can have several benefits for both the employer and the employee, including a smooth transition, a positive impression, fulfilling contractual obligations, professionalism, and financial benefits.

Your company has put Trust on you, do not simply break it under the influence of anyone.

Good Employees don't complain,
They just leave...!!

If someone is working well without your appreciation, doesn't mean that he is really satisfied with you.

Such employees don't complain but just leave when their Break Even Point comes..!!

Tamanna joined our team with a long-term commitment but left after just five months.

Despite her brief time with us, she made a significant impact.

She was one of our brightest team members, having received a scholarship from a prestigious business school.

Initially, she hesitated to share her plans with us. Torn between the opportunity for higher studies and her job in Delhi, she faced financial challenges that made her decision even more difficult. Once I learned about her situation, I immediately reached out to support her.

Recognizing the importance of her future, I consulted with her and urged my team to expedite her transition.

We organized a heartfelt farewell for her, ensuring she felt appreciated and valued.

It's crucial to remember that life can bring unexpected changes, and when an employee decides to move on, it shouldn't create animosity. Instead, we should support their journey and recognize their contributions.

Let’s always strive to create an environment where employees feel empowered to pursue their dreams, even if it means leaving our team.

Dear Companies,

Employee who have resigned is not your enemy, everyone deserves a respectful exit.

Job Security, Job Stability is a myth.

Staying long in an organization doesn't remain fruitful.

Current HR Approach - If you are staying more than 2 years in a company means no one is hiring you in market.

If you want grow, You have no choice but to get another offer from Market.

HR can easily pay 50-70% hike for new Candidate but Hardly give increment more than 10% to current ones.

If you are Not Growing, look into yourself, Move Out YOU ARE NOT A TREE.

Dear HR,

Freshers are Jobseekers, They are NOT Jobless.

Just because some one is Not getting Money for the work or efforts, it doesn't mean he is JOBLESS.

They are full of Knowledge, Skills, Energy and Enthusiasm.

It's YOU who are incapable to make the most of it and create opportunities for them.

I hate it when someone Tag JOB SEEKER as a JOBLess or WorkLess fellow.

There is a huge difference in both.

Dear Candidates,

You are Not JOBLESS, you are JobSEEKER.

Do not let anyone exploit you for their own benefit.

Be Ambitious, Have Self Esteem.

IT Employees File Case Against Accenture, Cognizant
The case is a Public Interest Litigation, which has been filed by three IT employees from Hyderabad, along with activist group Forum Against Corruption.

The PIL has been filed at the Telangana High Court.

In the PIL, the techies have argued that “white collared slavery prevailing in the state in the name of employment.” should end.

In the PIL, several leading IT companies have been named, which includes Accenture, Cognizant and Caspex Corp.

The Court has accepted the PIL, and have asked the mentioned companies to respond within 4 weeks. The Court has also sent a notice to the Telangana state government, so that the companies are compelled to respond

What Does The Law Say?

Now, if we talk about the laws, especially applicable in Telangana, Hyderabad and other IT hubs, then it becomes even more interesting.

The Andhra Pradesh Shops and Establishments Act of 1988, which was renamed to The Telangana Shops and Establishments Act of 1988 states that:

Employees cannot be asked to work for more than 48 hours a week and/or 8 hours a day
Overtime can only be imposed for 6 hours a week and 24 hours a year
Every employee must be given 15 days of paid leave, 12 days of casual leave, 12 days of sick leave in a year.

Whats your Say?
Yesterday we have celebrated our traditional festival of Teej, a beautiful Hindu celebration of monsoon and marital bliss. 🌧️

Teej isn't just a festival; it's an embodiment of culture and unity. It's about women coming together to celebrate, pray, and strengthen bonds.

I immersed myself in the vibrant colors and traditions of Teej Festival,
Draped in elegant traditional attire, I observed a day-long fast, a gesture of devotion and commitment. 🙏

The intricate rituals and worship ceremonies added a spiritual touch to the festivities, reminding me of the values and traditions passed down through generations. 💫

🤝May the blessings of Teej fill our lives with happiness and prosperity, just as the monsoon showers nourish the earth. 🌦️

May Teej mata bless you all with your career success.

Dear God,
I want to pray for all jobseekers,

Your love has transformed our life.

As they look for a new job, I pray you would guide them as they seek.

As they consider various opportunities, I pray that you would keep them heart rooted and fixed in you.

Dear God,
Help them to make decisions based on your wisdom rather than their desires.

Guide them steps and make clear the path you are opening up before them.

Lord, bless them and keep them,

make your face shine upon them.

Turn your face towards them and give them peace.

Want to increase your VISIBILITY on LinkedIn?

Job seekers, corporates, individuals, branders….

ENGAGE!

How? Like this….

1. Put a like on a post that interests you.
2. Comment insightfully in at least a full
sentence.
3. Put a like on your own comment (it’s
not vanity, it’s “gaming” the
algorithm).
4. Put likes on other meaningful
comments.
5. Reply to insightful commentary and
connect/follow others.

If you do this consistently you will average an increase in profile views of approx. 200-1000%+ within 48 hours, if not more.

The more you engage on LinkedIn the more the algorithm will raise your profile in terms of searches.

Job Seekers if you don’t occasionally apply for jobs on LinkedIn Jobs you will most likely be suppressed by the algorithm in recruiter searches.
Microsoft is a company. I get it.

Right or wrong this is the way many algorithms work.
So either play the game, or get played by it.

Which will you choose!

Anything to add, please?

Laat evening I had performed Ghumar Dance in a culture evening on Ganesh Utsav celebration.

It reminded me of something crucial: The immense value of integrating creativity and culture into our professional lives.

Why everyone should take part in recreational activities :

🎭 Creativity Boosts Innovation: Engaging in cultural activities stimulates our minds, fostering innovative thinking. It's the spark that ignites groundbreaking ideas.

🤝 Building Stronger Bonds: These experiences encourage teamwork, collaboration, and building relationships that extend beyond the workplace.

🗣️ Communication Skills: Whether it's a play, art exhibit, or music event, cultural activities enhance our communication abilities, vital for effective professional interactions.

🌐 Global Perspective: Exposure to diverse cultures broadens our horizons, making us more adaptable in our globalized world.

So, don't underestimate the power of cultural engagement in your career. It's not just about work; it's about personal and professional growth.

Embrace the arts, and watch your professional journey flourish.

During technical interview, whole panel was surprised while interview him.
He knew everything in his domain better than interviewers.
However due to some personal issues, he accepted past offers in less salary.

Many times, it happens with majority of people, they had accepted low salary offer due to some reasons and now they are struggling to get salary according to their worth.

When you get the chance to be a team leader, be the one that you wish to be when you were a team member.

As a team leader, I have the privilege of working with some of the most talented and motivated people in the industry. They are not just my colleagues, but my friends and family. They inspire me every day with their creativity, passion and dedication. They make me happy.

But being a happy team leader is not just about having happy team members. It's also about creating a culture of happiness in our workplace. A culture where everyone feels valued, respected and supported. A culture where we celebrate our successes and learn from our failures. A culture where we have fun and enjoy what we do.

How do I create such a culture? Here are some of the things I do:

- I communicate clearly and frequently with my team. I share our vision, goals and expectations. I listen to their feedback and suggestions. I acknowledge their achievements and challenges. I keep them informed and involved in the decision-making process.
- I empower my team to take ownership of their work. I delegate tasks and responsibilities according to their strengths and interests. I trust them to make the best decisions for our projects and clients. I give them autonomy and flexibility to work in their own way and pace.

- I encourage my team to grow and learn. I provide them with opportunities to develop new skills and knowledge. I mentor and coach them to overcome their difficulties and improve their performance. I expose them to different perspectives and experiences. I challenge them to step out of their comfort zone and try new things.

- I appreciate my team for who they are and what they do. I express my gratitude and recognition regularly and sincerely. I praise their efforts and outcomes. I reward their contributions and accomplishments. I show them that I care about them as individuals and as a team.

- I foster a positive and collaborative environment for my team. I promote a sense of belonging and camaraderie among them. I facilitate open and honest communication and feedback. I resolve conflicts and issues constructively and respectfully. I encourage teamwork and cooperation over competition and rivalry.

- I make sure my team has fun and enjoys their work. I inject humor and laughter into our daily interactions. I organize social events and activities to bond with them. I celebrate milestones and occasions with them. I create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where they can be themselves.

These are some of the ways that I try to be a happy team leader of happy team members. Of course, it's not always easy or perfect, but it's worth it. Because happiness is not just a feeling, it's a choice. And I choose to be happy at work, with my team.

He was not referring his good friend to his company because that profile was much more better than his profile.

Some stranger will be accepted but not known one.

Envy, Jealously, Insecurity...!!

I have seen many cases where companies keep looking for candidates, spend lakhs on consultant but they do not hire their Known people who are in need of job so badly.

Ever faced this similar?

Are you looking for a career in the Gulf or middle east?

The best thing about being a expat in the Gulf is that your full salary is almost tax-free.

But unlike in any other country, Job Search in the Gulf area needed a focused plan.

With these job search tips, you'll be able to stand out from the other people applying for jobs in the Gulf countries, where the job market is booming.

--Look into the job market. You should look into the job market in the Gulf countries before you start on your job search. Seek out companies that are hiring and find out what skills and knowledge they must have.

--Keep your CV and cover letter up to date. Potential employers will first see your CV and cover letter, so make sure they are correct and fit the job you are looking for. Bring attention to your applicable experience and skills.

--Use online job boards. A lot of companies in the Gulf countries post work openings on online job boards. You should make an account and check these sites often for job openings.

--Network: Meeting new people is a key part of any job search, but it's especially important in the Gulf countries. Go to conferences and events in your area and meet other people in the same line of work.

--Directly apply for jobs: Some Gulf companies would rather hire people themselves than through a staffing service. Check company websites for work openings and send your application right away.

--Flexibility is key. The job market in the Gulf countries can be tough, so you need to be able to change your mind quickly. You might want to look for jobs in areas other than the ones you're most interested in.

--Don't give up. It can take a while to find a job in the Gulf countries, so be patient and keep looking. Keep looking for jobs and use the time to get better at what you do and meet new people.

I have started my career with a salary of 25 INR (0.3 USD) per day.

Being a working mother of two and an entrepreneur was certainly challenging, but now that I have more than 50 associates in my team, I can say it was worth the struggle.

The main thing that holds you back is not the fear of failing; it's the fear of facing the unknown when you attempt something.

Failing means you have to endure the pain of learning and persevering.

Succeeding means you have to deal with the anxiety of exploring new territory.

The main thing that holds you back is avoiding the pain of growing.

Welcome it, for growth is your best chance to improve yourself.

• Failure is an opportunity to learn.
• Failure is a sign of taking risks.
• Failure builds resilience and character.

Embrace failure as a valuable learning experience.

Some Hiring Managers think that they are superior.

While taking interview,
they mock candidates, interrogate them, drill them & even sometime even make fun of them in interview.

This behavior is not correct this practice should be stopped immediately.
